The crew did fantastic work, and worked until dark for the 4 days they were there, but seemed to be a bit overwhelmed with the scope of work. But what they lacked in manpower, they made up for in sheer hard work. That said, Premier Home Designs was the least expensive and still offered the best product. And because of the communication issues we had, I was generously compensated after the job was completed. Gregg also helped me finance part of the roof and at 0% interest. That was a tremendous benefit and definately helped us out. I would hire again and recommend to friends and family.

You see only a couple of reviews and roll the dice on a free estimate. It's fair. I mean like REALLY fair. The "other" guys with the wrapped vans and well known logos have given you estimates nearly double what Pastor Roofing gave me. So I roll the dice. I'll be honest, the communication wasn't great...but who needs constant contact anyway-that's just annoying. And I didn't get a written estimate...just a verbal one. (Again, that voice that says, "Umm, is this really ok?"). The day before they are schedule to show up I get a final notice for the labor. I am told that I will reimburse the cost of supplies and they will show me a receipt. All seems fair. Let me tell you...they are worth every penny they charge. The siding was done perfectly. the fascia they replaced was done perfectly...weird angles and all. Plus they found frame rot and repaired that for only an additional $150. Top notch workmanship!!! Excellence all around. We will be hiring them before Winter to replace some windows as well! (And the nextdoor neighbor had hired them for their siding repairs too!) Peter came the next day and took more pictures and made measurements. He called me early the next Monday with an estimate, which we discussed. He called back later that morning and said he could have someone out that day. Dave showed up and pretty much by himself took the chimney down. Another worker showed up and hauled it all away. Dave patched the roof where the chimney had come up through and shingled it and also put new brick in the wall where the pipe had come out to vent the stove. Another worker came and trimmed and painted under the eave and sealed the inside wall. I was impressed with the speed and quality of the job they did and will recommend them to anyone who needs work on their house done.
