I am a Third Party in possession of all documents submitted as evidence, arguments, e-mail…read morecommunications between the Respondent and her Attorneys, Transcripts, Objections and the Tentative Ruling and Declaration of Decision from a JAMS Divorce Trial presided over by JAMS Pro Tem Judge Linda Lancet Miller in the Irvine Office. This particular case is for an OC Family Court Case that has lasted 10 yrs that include 21 RFO's, including a False DV trial that lasted 3 days filed by the Petitioner in this matter and 9 RFO's Filed by the Respondent. The case involves a minor who was 3 when the Divorce started and that Miller's ruling displaces from the family home. I did attend one preceding in this matter on January 13, 2026 in which I observed Miller make statements that I believe showed bias towards the Petitioner in this matter (who is the one who paid JAMS). One she stated that "Both parties are equally responsible for the delay in this 10 yr trial", the only evidence that was presented regarding this was the claim by the Petitioner's Attorney that the Respondent was the sole reason for the delay, the court records showing the 21 RFO's filed by the Petitioner and the 9 by the Respondent and the ruling for the DV filed by the Petitioner in which he was found to be the aggressor. The second statement that showed apparent bias was when she stated to the Petitioner "The only thing you did wrong Mr. XXXX was to commingle funds" and the third statement which can be verified with evidence of a text sent by the Petitioner to a third party "i find all properties to be the separate property of the Petitioner" made 4 months and 2 days prior to the Tentative Ruling made by Miller. The trial with Miller had several issues from the beginning. There is evidence that the Public Judge in this Matter had a conflict of interest due to having had worked for one of the Petitioner's Attorneys, refused to recuse herself and allegedly told the Respondent's Attorney that she preferred that the Respondent use JAMS to get the Respondent to agree to JAMS at which time the Respondent's Attorney and the Petitioner's Attorney selected Linda Miller as the Pro Tem Judge. I have evidence the Respondent was told that the JAMS trial would be Impartial and offer a speedier resolution to the matter. Miller's trial started in May of 2025, trial ended in September of 2025, Final written Closing Argument was submitted in December of 2025 and the Judge made a Tentative Ruling May of 2025 which includes a false allegation that the Respondent didn't submit requested evidence (which I can send evidence showing that it was entered). I have evidence that Miller was aware of an Impeachable Statement made by the Petitioner during trial, evidence was withheld by Petitioner, Petitioner's attorneys made false allegations against Respondent etc. that was not addressed in Miller's ruling. I have evidence that Miller stated in her trial that she would not be paid for the Trial if she did not make a ruling within 90 days. I believe as the state allows JAMS to conduct trials in Family Court matters, the State of CA should investigate to make sure that if any payment was received by Miller that it should be lawful. All information I possess is a matter of Public Record, much of it can be accessed on the OC Family Court Case lookup as well and I encourage anyone who has an issue with JAMS or Linda Miller's services or is considering utilizing JAMS services to reach out to me with any questions, statements etc. at jamscamlinda@gmail.com and I can provide all documentation relating to this trial in my possession.
