Mr.Rathi could provide a false consultation in order to be hired. I have been horrified by a fact that Mr. Rathi has given me a wrong consultation to just obtain a paycheck for a case that shouldn't be opened because it was too early. I had to wait for 5 years to be eligible to apply for U.S. Citizenship. Mr. Rathi also didn't collect and prepare all necessary documents for my case to be able to win it. Some documents have been missed or have been negligently collected by his secretary. I literally didn't have any chance to win. My case was denied by U.S. Homeland Security Department with all explanations of U.S. Law that Mr. Rathi pretended that he didn't know. Mr. Rathi has refused to return his fees for this case.
