Some kids came in when he was there and he said that the barber that was working on the kid was super friendly and helped the kid get exactly what he wanted. I had one cut so far and I'm going back today. Ramiz cut my hair and the cut exceeded my expectations. He gave me the best fade I have ever gotten. Not only was the cut amazing but the workers are all really nice, good people. I'm looking forward to my next cut later today. Ok, the first time I went here, it was a great experience. The man who cut my hair was very professional, did great work, and was finished quickly. The last 2 times I've been in I got the same guy. It honestly makes me not want to go back. The guy is rude, he smokes 2 or 3 cigarettes between every haircut, and he acts like he doesn't even want to be there. Hell, he was asking to leave early the whole time I was there. On top of that, my wife had to clean up my cut. I'm half bald, it's not that hard dude. If he worked for me, I would have fired his ass a long time ago. Not sure if I'm ever going back. I mean, I know Supercuts sucks, but they are cheaper. read more

I went to this shop when first moved to this location. I was in need of a haircut being that I would be starting a new job the next day. I walked into a shop full of people that did not greet me. I had to physically ask to be helped. There after a young tall portly guy said he was available. Then he proceeded to give me the worst haircut I've ever had in my entire life. The first couple of times I've had great haircut and got hooked. But the past 3 times was the worse haircut I've had. It's like he didn't give a care because he's busy all the time. I'm completely in awe of the lack of professionalism this place has. My first experience was a nightmare. I allowed the co-owner Magic to fix the other barbers mistake. I went back to him twice since. I was told that they do not accept appointments, which is Amish in itself. I wait for about 90 mins give or take. I am the last one waiting like a clown. How does a guy come in an hour and a half after me and they take him before me? No explanation whatsoever! I hear them talking amongst themselves about an appointment. So do they accept appointments or they don't!? Or did they make an appointment bc it was one of their people. If I had to take an educated guess they make acceptions depending on the nationality! To have your time wasted is worse than a slap in the face and on top of that you leave the same way you embarked. This is a circus and I'm disgusted by this tomfoolery. Mike you were there and knew me based on the previous experience. You let me walk out of there while you smoked your cigarette. There are a million barbers in and around NOLA and word of mouth is the best advertisement. This place needs to pay attention to detail and appreciate their customers! read more

Brought my son in during a busy time on Saturday. We waited patiently while all of the other patrons were seen. Finally, after all of the other patrons were done, and about 45 minutes of waiting, a barber finally acknowledged us and said it would be just a few more minutes. Meanwhile the barbers were outside smoking cigarettes, taking their breaks (Which I understood). We waited another 10 minutes and 2 more patrons walked in and were seated in a barber chair RIGHT AWAY!!! They seemed to be friends of the barbers, it was obvious. I was furious. My son and I left. As we were walking out, the barber that was to cut my son's hair was still enjoying his cigarette outside, he didn't care. Save your money and bypass this place. They'll never get my money or my recommendation. (I only left one star because I was forced to.) read more
