He said he understood what I wanted and was ready to cut my hair. Clearly he didn't have any idea what he was doing. I Had medium length hair and my hair is straight and silky. I also had a full well kept/groomed beard. I told the barber to not fad my sides and even out my hair but keep it tight and keep my beard connected. Then I said to only cut off half an inch to inch off top and slight from front, but he cut straight from the crown and kept chopping away on top of my head getting to aggressive with shears and the thining shears. Now my hair looks short, uneven, and stands up from the crown area all over from the back like Alf Alfah from The Little Rascals. My hairline is also wide and pushed back, even though I am seriously blessed with a good full thick hair and hairline. My beard, I explained just to line it up. He made it so low that it looks like a chin strap and not only that the sides are uneven. He was very hard and aggressive with the blade he nipped me many times and irritated my skin, since he didn't even prep my skin before using the razor. I don't think he thoroughly cleans his barbering tools, which is probably why I'm breaking out. Now look like I have a messed up half cut with so many flyway hairs all over my head especially near the back of my head around the crown area. So, I went from having medium length combover hairstyle with a full beard, to getting another hair cut tomorrow. I'll end up having to somewhat buzz it down and fade my sides including my sideburns and fade thw beard down too so it can be even and grow it up again. My skin felt like it had a rash and is breaking out. I have to get another cut and grow both my hair and beard out. I'll have to heal my skin as well from the rough skin irritation and acne I have now. My birthdays on Friday and I have to go back just to make my hair look somewhat presentable, as the look sticks out like a sour thumb. I was upset all day after paying $50 for a seriously bad hair and beard cut. I never write any reviews but this really had my furious. The whole experience was off and terrible. I wouldn't at all recommend anyone to this place. ​​​
