I had a sudden funeral to go to where I was speaking, and this was a very tragic situation (even for a funeral) with a large showing. I needed a quick turnaround on my suit, but if I couldn't get a quick turnaround the suit was good enough - the waist was tight but still fit, and the suit could use a press, but was OK. I told them all of this, all of it - not only on the phone before I left but also when I arrived, and they told me BOTH TIMES they could have it before I left. They assured me.
