I had certain goals for both Botox and Juvaderm. I just wanted regain a few years of youth while still maintaining the ability to express myself as usual. In the plan Dr. James Okamoto put together, I received 32 units of Botox and a bit of Juvaderm in my lips. My crows feet are smoothed out, my frown lines are gone, and my brows are lifted. I am loving the arches, all it took was a bit a Botox! In my younger years I had fuller lips, and with age I had lost them until I had gotten some Juvaderm. I expressed to Dr. James Okamoto how I had always wanted a "cupids bow" and he made it happen. He is incredible! *will add before and after picture if this allows to later* Esther is incredibly kind and super helpful when to comes to skincare! She will go over the benefits of each product that sparks your interest! I am loving the Elta Med line, I use the gentle face cleanser and their suncreen. I can hardly wait to go back and to purchase a few more skincare products, and to get a few more beauty enhancements. If I could give more than 5 stars, I WOULD!

I later learned they go over your face twice deuring an appointment. They didn't for most of my appointments except the last one. When I asked Esther, she gave a flimsy excuse. So 90% of my treatments were incomplete. They took a "Before" photo but not an After. Why? Because Pico didn't improve my scars at all, so there wasn't enough dramatic improvement to sell this service. A year or two later, I got sucked into a second treatment series when Esther exclaimed how my skin looked "so improved!" Again a Before photo but no after one, because there wasn't any improvement. In the last year I noticed this aesthetic clinic was no longer pushing Pico. When I asked Esther about it, she couldn't look me in the eye when she said "they weren't offering that service right now" and the "Pico machine was being serviced." But for a year or thereabouts? Pico might work for tattoo removal or for rejuvenating good skin with no acne scars. But it never worked for me, and no After photos were taken because again I didn't get the desired dramatic results which would help sell this service. The fact that this aesthetic clinic is not offering Pico speaks volumes.

I just thought.. mmhmm okay, but really, there's no way. Preface, I am a mother and previous athlete BUT stopped a lot of my physical activities due to my weak pelvic floor. I'm not sure when or how it happened but as I started aging, I noticed a little bit of weakness in my bladder. Clenching when I'd sneeze , afraid to jump too much or too hard and I stopped doing a lot of activities I used to enjoy. I'd have little bits of leakage when squatting too heavy or going for long runs, jumping rope or playing with my kid. After just ONE session, I legit noticed a huge difference in just the way I felt. Tested it out and went for a 2 mile run. The longest I've done because I typically have the urgency to pee after just a 1/2mile or so. 2 miles, and no urgency or leakage. Now 4 weeks and 2 sessions later, I am running 3-4 miles daily, back to lifting and contemplating taking my kid to a trampoline park!! Talk about the quality of life this has given back to me!! Aside from the amazing results, Brittany is amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable in her machines, processes, anatomy and prepares you for everything to expect before, during and after. Luckily, they have Kaiser Added Choice so I can go outside of the Kaiser network. Although the Kaiser Added Choice co-pays costs a little more, I'm willing to pay the extra money for they quality service that Dr. Richard Ridao offers. Dr. Ridao has two locations: one in Ewa Beach and one in town on King Street. The hours vary for each location. He runs on a very small but friendly and efficient staff and unlike other physicians, the wait time isn't usually that long when I have an appointment. Dr. Ridao is very easy to talk to and I've had no trouble expressing my concerns with him. He's very experienced and knowledgeable and is not one of those doctors that just prescribes all types of medicine to try to help you. He will definitely use medication as an option but also helps to figure out the root of the problem how to remedy it and also try to prevent it. I definitely recommend Dr. Ridao to others and also have a few friends who use him as their physician as well.

Although I can't speak from first hand experience with the appointment, my other half had no complaints. But what I can say is booking online was easy for me and when I had to adjust times, calling was just as easy. There is a code to get into the building, which they give you, and the waiting area is a good space nice cool and quiet. They offer services like facials, hair removal, etc. but they also are an internal medicine practice so you can come for normal PCP stuff. It's pretty great. The wait is quick, the front desk is friendly and the office is clean. So far it's been great with this clinic and I'm glad we found it.
