I had the hardest time finding her office. It's next to Revivalist, and a few steps down from the Jefferson Street in downtown Huntsville. Easy access from the old parking garage that's been there forever. I need some quit claim deeds done and will call her this week to schedule another appointment with her. She is a litigator and *may* have to reschedule appointments based on her required attendance in court; however, that didn't affect my appointment. Also, I'm not sure why I have to drive the will documents back to her office when there are several secure email options that would save me the time and trouble of the trip. I can certainly ask about the email option when I schedule my next appointment. I do recommend Ms. Green!

However, despite following up multiple times over the course of two/three weeks to review the draft, I received no response. Even after escalating the matter to the owner of the law firm with a detailed timeline of events, my correspondence was ignored. Due to this breakdown in communication and the loss of trust, I made the decision to close my case. While a paralegal eventually called to apologize, the underlying issues remained unaddressed. After a week I inquired about a refund and was quoted a specific amount; however, I have yet to receive the document I was billed for or an explanation as to why it has not been provided. The attorney-client relationship should be built on trust and the protection of the client's best interests. In this instance, I was billed for work I never received without any explanation. MB
