I was way overdue for a check up so I phoned to see if I could get in with him. They said they don't take appointments but he'd be there between 2-5:00 on a certain day. I got there right before 2 and when I checked in, they said it would be well over an hour before he could see me. So that isn't going to cut it as a "lunch break" out of the office. Unfortunately, since I have to be at work almost all the hours they're open, this place is an utter fail for me. I can't believe they won't take appointments for dental check ups, it's completely ridiculous!

I always received excellent treatment there, so when they moved to Palmers Green, I had no hesitation in staying with them. The new clinic is conveniently located right opposite the tube station, making it very easy to reach. It's a brand-new space with a welcoming atmosphere -- the waiting area has comfortable seating, a free coffee station, and beautiful design details and art pieces. It almost feels like you're on Harley Street, but you're actually in Palmers Green. This time, I visited them to have both of my lower wisdom teeth removed under sedation. I chose sedation because I was quite anxious about the procedure and preferred not to have any memory of it. Dr. Ketan, who is also my regular dentist and absolutely fantastic, handled the sedation with great care and reassurance. The extraction was performed by Dr. Shahrokh Ali, the clinic's oral surgeon, who was equally impressive -- calm, professional, and highly skilled. The procedure was quick, painless, and I felt completely at ease throughout. I also want to give a huge thank you to the admin team, especially Crystal and Jennifer, who have been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process. A special mention goes to Jennifer -- she has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. Proactive, patient, always one step ahead, and genuinely kind. Honestly, she's better than my own PA! She followed up, made sure everything was clear and smooth, and made me feel taken care of at every stage. This clinic continues to deliver a level of care and service that is truly hard to find. Dr Shankar Bala thoughtfully detailed my daughter's orthodontic timeline, and her treatment went just as planned. Dr Bala was very helpful throughout the treatment and resolved bracket and wire issues that came up between scheduled appointments (my daughter couldn't stay away from eating popcorn at times which resulted in brackets popping off). My only complaint would be that appointments rarely began on time, but we were always one of the last appointments of the day, so that makes sense. I researched many doctors before choosing Maida Smiles. I liked the doctors there the most, and the fees were the most economical. I would highly recommend Dr Bala and Maida Smiles Dental.

I went there as I was not getting help from my dental practise or others that I visited…read more dr Elisa facco met me and identified that old silver fillings were causing my mouth to decay and other problems. she passed me on to dr munslow who made a treatment plan to fix all my issues. when replace my silver fillings she was the first dentist to cover my mouth so as to not sw diver filling material which showed proper dental procedure. dr munslow did great job replacing silver fillings and I feel a lot better as I was always depressed by the state of my teeth. dr munslow was very caring and keep checking I was ok all the time. dr munslow showed me what a true professional dentist should be like and I am so grateful to have met her. thank you Harley street dental clinic for such great work

The practise has everything it needs, but without any shiny equipment, and they do all sorts of dentistry related stuff from simple filling to teeth restructuring. practise rooms can get crampy at times especially if someone comes along. The prices are for a "private only" clinic, so make sure that your insurance would pay before going, it is quite expensive but the doctors (at least the ones we tried) are excellent.
