Your work was very sloppy and you even forgot details about the surgery which was discussed prior and established, but I don't expect you to remember that. Not only was your work sloppy I also had complication from the surgery. The after care instructions were very poor along with the scheduling of the procedure date since the receptions forgot to book the procedure and so it was done 2 weeks before moving- to which you said I would be more than fine to do, you were very wrong. You fail to comprehend recovery and proper after care instructions. I actually did contacted your office for a follow up and was told you would not speak with me unless I was there in person. Lastly, you are extremely inappropriate disclosing my private information on the internet and you are simply a nasty person.

Expect to wait a minimum of a month before you're called with an appointment time. Only received a call back when I asked my GP referring physician to follow up. Apparently they take calls from doctor's offices, because 15 minutes later, I was phoned back. Helen screamed at me stating that she doesn't have to call me back. And that she only works on referrals two days a week. She ended the call by quickly getting in the last word and hanging up on me. Yikes! I can't speak to Dr. Wanzel's skills because alas his gatekeeper is too ill-equipped to schedule patients in a timely and respectful manner.
