But the guys behind the counter didn't even let me finish explaining before cutting me off and saying it was not able to be returned. Without looking up my order they glanced at my return slip and told me it was already out of the return window. Then they told me the return window starts from the order date, not the delivery date. Big WTF... the item took 6 days just to arrive! How are customers supposed to return something they don't even have yet? On top of that, the staff were rude and careless. They took the game console out of the box to inspect it, and didn't even bother to rewrap it in the bubble wrap how it came. There were only one other customers in the store, but three employees were just wandering around, barely looking at my return slip and refusing to look up my order in their system. They said their boss "wouldn't allow the return." Basically anything to not assist me. Unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. This was a terrible experience and a huge disappointment. GameStop really needs to get it together especially this location

I gave up the hobby a while ago, but noticed this place and website is STILL around and always up to date on the latest most popular video game trends/software titles. Site is updated almost daily Monday through Friday's with news. Never a dull moment in Geekland. What's interesting is that NCS has been so popular amongst the video gaming community, that even Asian gamers and vendors (like in Hong Kong) read that site, in order to predict trends and sadly price gouge when they see fit (especially anything "limited edition" that is artificially created on the market to drive up demand and price).

I asked for membership and the dude gave me one. It took me a couple of visits to realize that that dingy curtain on the side there, was in fact the entrance to the forbidden zone. In plain English, this was an adult video store (in disguise - I was not unknowingly renting porn.. I wasn't that naive). Haha, OOPS. Well to their credit, I remember the non X-rated films I borrowed to be good quality. Never any problems. I just felt like an idiot walking in there after I realized, haha. But Goodtime is no more now, so it's fine.

Myself a retailer, ordered from Game World for 7 years with over 3 million in purchase orders. Isaac their company President just makes up rules when he sees fits and has no regard for your own business. Isaac shows no customer loyalty and threatens or even blackmails you if it benefits him. After ordering 3 million in product from him, he just tells me to go somewhere else. Their sales people ignore your emails and if you ask serious questions about their behavior, they just don't respond. When they sent an open order by mistake, Isaac threaten me with "a guy he knows can stop by" and "I'll call all your landlords and other distributors" if payment isn't sent. Worst distributor, very questionable business.
