I came in for a simple alignment on my 96 Integra. I knew that this was my only option in the area because they have the lower lift for the NSX. When I got there I was informed it would only take 30-45mins after almost 2 hours, one of the techs came out with an attitude and said my steering wheel wasn't installed straight which was causing an issue. He expressed he wasn't the one who did the alignment but test drove the car after it was done. Without me even saying anything he continued to tell me "it's just a boosted b series" and he drives "sport bikes" so he wasn't joy riding in my car. Literally no reason for the attitude. Alex was the only shining light in my whole experience, he kept me informed the whole time I was there.

I called him on Friday with a list of my must-have creature comforts, and by Monday--voilà!--he had everything ready for me. If you're in the market for a car, do yourself a favor and go see Marcus. I'd recommend him to friends, family, and even strangers without hesitation. Trust me--you'll leave a HAPPY customer!!!

I live in Fayetteville, so making the commute for service appointments is already an inconvenience. Both times I scheduled my oil change appointments in advance; I specifically asked whether a loaner vehicle would be available for a few hours while my car was being serviced. On both occasions, I was told that loaners are not offered for something as simple as an oil change. However, when I arrived for my appointments, I noticed several customers who came in at the same time I did were offered loaner vehicles. Meanwhile, I was left waiting at the dealership for nearly three hours for a routine oil change, without being offered a courtesy shuttle or transportation option. This is my second Lexus, so I'm very familiar with the level of customer service. To make matters worse, the dealership bathrooms have consistently been filthy. During my first visit, one of the bathrooms flooded, and housekeeping walked past the issue multiple times before addressing it. On the second visit, the bathrooms were again dirty shortly after opening at 9:30 a.m. Needless to say, based on my experiences with the service department, I will not be purchasing another Lexus in the future.

I purchased a 2009 BMW 335i from RDU Auto a couple of months ago. Since then, lots of issue have been popping up on the vehicle. I have driven this vehicle less than 1000 miles. The first thing that I noticed after purchase is that one of the tires is damaged and needed a plug. Next, this vehicle has tint on it that would absolutely under no circumstances pass an NC state inspection. How did they get this vehicle to pass with the tint? Hmmmm....... Next up, the driver side rear window regulator broke the very first time I lowered it. A very basic inspection would have caught this issue, but I guess we don't do those....... And the big one. After about a month of driving, the car suddenly stopped making boost completely. I get a half-engine light when the car nears 3000rpm. This issue has been diagnosed as a wastegate issue which will cost me near a grand to fix. On top of this, I was accused multiple times of trading in a vehicle with major issues. If the vehicle would have had any issues, I would have just kept it myself and fixed it. They inspected and drove the vehicle before quoting me a trade-in value, which I agreed on. How were there suddenly issues after the car was traded in? Why did their inspection not catch whatever issues they thought my trade-in had? If you buy a car here, I highly recommend making sure you have a certified mechanic inspect the vehicle ahead of time. I was naive for thinking that the place that I worked at wouldn't sell me a lemon, but here I am with almost $2000 in estimates to fix preexisting issues.

My most recent visit, I made the appointment for tire rotation and fluid change. I booked the appointment (indicating I would wait at the dealership while the service is completed) online through the Toyota app 2 weeks ago. The day before the appointment, I received notification about my upcoming appointment, in the form of an automated phone call, email, and text. Today, I show up at 8:45 for a 9:00 appointment. The gentleman who checked in just before me was unscheduled maintenance repair. Needless to say, he was able to get his repair done and left maybe 30 to 40 minutes later. When I showed up, I was greeted by customer service representative (CSR) who let me know they were backed up 2 hours (I would recommend the service shop start calling clients morning of and advising the client there is a wait of 2 hours. I drive 45 minutes to get there only to find out about the 2 hours wait even though I have an appointment. This would have given me the option to reschedule the appointment for another day). I informed the CSR I would wait inside while the service was complete. 2 1/2 hours later, I decided to walk around the dealership. I saw my car outside the bay with 4 vehicles ahead of it. I went back in and asked the CSR for my vehicle. He advised me it was being worked on. I informed him that it wasn't even in the bay yet. The CSR retrieved my car. I understand things in life happen, but to have it happen with the amount of frequency at the same business and to which I paid money up front for is just unacceptable, not to mention the loss of my time, the cost of my gas (120 miles round trip) for a service I will now have done elsewhere. Leigh and likely Toyota has lost a customer today.

Within less than 24 hours of owning the vehicle, the battery and alternator failed. To their credit, Belmonte did repair those issues at no cost. However, about a week later the check engine light came on. The code showed an issue with the catalytic converter. When I contacted the dealership, I was basically told "the best I can do is send you to my guy to fix it." We took it to another shop first, where they confirmed the catalytic converter issue and attempted a flush, but the problem continued. We then took the vehicle to Nissan for a full inspection, and the findings were shocking. The car needs: * Catalytic converter replacement * Transmission-related repairs/code * Front arm bar/suspension repairs * Oil leak repairs * Multiple additional maintenance items The estimate was around $9,000 in repairs. I contacted Belmonte again, provided documentation and even a video from Nissan, and was again told they sold us a "good car." I understand used cars are sold as-is, but selling a vehicle with this many major mechanical issues is extremely disappointing, specially coming from a family owned company. We trusted this dealership and do not feel the vehicle was properly inspected or honestly represented before the sale. Buyers beware: please have any vehicle from this dealership independently inspected BEFORE purchasing

I am so incredibly disappointed in my experience at Leith Honda. I hate to give a 1 star review,…read morebut I do believe that is an accurate representation of my experience with them. I had such high hopes because my family have been lifelong Honda owners. I came to them with an issue of my ACC and LKAS not working. They diagnosed it as an issue with the multipurpose camera - $1600 part + $500 labor. Not ideal but I wanted ACC back. So I ordered the part and have it installed. The day I go pick it up, the same lights on my dashboard that were lit up are now flashing. Come to find out, the camera doesn't work properly on aftermarket windshields. (I bought this car used 5 years ago, so I was not aware of the aftermarket glass.) The windshield is an additional $1500 plus additional fees for recalibration. None of this was communicated to me by the tech, nor when I was buying the part, nor before I went to pick up the car. I had to advocate for myself that not only does the part not work, the situation is now worse than it was before. Trying to get Honda to take care of the problem was then an additional hurdle. I kept asking why if this was a known potential issue, why was it not communicated to me. They could not really answer that for me. They did end up refunding me for the labor of putting the faulty part in, which is genuinely the least they could do. I want to commend the person I worked with, Tim, who went above and beyond to try to help me and remedy the situation but I understand that he can only really do so much for me in his position. Honestly, there is not many other places you can go other than the dealership when the issue is this Honda specific, so I would just say be wary of this place. Maybe consider other dealerships if there are a few near you.
