The Dr is caring and uses state of the art tests to find out what's going on in your body. They close from 1-2 for lunch. In the parking lot with many other businesses, so plenty of parking. He's personable, listens to what's going on with you, doesn't rush the treatments and actually helps you heal! I went in recently with severe pain in my upper shoulder/back area- I was at his office for two hours explaining my symptoms, getting X-rays done, getting some work done and today I have almost NO pain. I love to see their sweet faces and I feel sorry for the work environment that they are in. I've walked in many times overhearing Cromshaw yelling at his staff. The day I finally called it quits was the day after he didn't show up to work. His staff had to call and reschedule for him. The next day I came in and overheard him telling a client about how he went out and got drinks with his buddy and then slept in, because he thought it was the weekend. Very unprofessional! I've had lower back pain for a year and had orthopedic and GP care with no results. Now with Graybar for 6 weeks and I'm remarkably better--most of the time I have no pain--and I'm constantly improving. I'm 62, in reasonably good health and cannot recommend this practice more highly. I never post reviews on Yelp but this team has improved my quality of life.
