I've always been pleased with their service. Even when I've forgotten to put the can out, I can usually stop them on their way back out. They have always been friendly about making payment arrangements. Their staff is friendly and helpful. Especially locally. read more

This is what I came home to so I called to see what they could do or say about it and they defended the driver stating that the driver reported this is how it was when he got there but what he didn't know was I pulled in right before him and they hadn't been empty yet so he lied. This company will defend the drivers actions over the customer who had picture proof. I have canceled my service and will show this to everyone at the HOA meeting to see about getting more folks to cancel. read more

The pick up service / driver has been great but the customer service is absolutely terrible. They told me one thing and then did the opposite. I've lived in various places around the country, and this is probably the worst garbage pickup service I've ever experienced. They knocked over my cans, and when I called customer service, they blamed it on the storm. When I asked if someone could come by to pick them up, they suggested I find someone else to do it instead. After moving into my new home, they provided no "move-in" trash collection for all the boxes. Their only solution was to rent an $850 container or bag and break down 50 boxes myself--not exactly an easy task. The customer service is rude and downright terrible. read more

If I could give them zero I would. I made every attempt to be civil and polite and ask for the courtesy of not flying by my house at a very dangerous speed, with my front door less than 20 ft from the road of our dead end blind corner cul-de-sac. After speaking with the very dismissive and condescending manager, The problem got worse. The drivers begin to drive faster. Their conduct is incredibly unprofessional unacceptable. I have now contacted our local sheriff who has instructed me to videotape the misconduct of these drivers and he will be posting himself so to catch them while they fly 40 miles an hour past my house. Very disappointing for a local company to treat a local resident so poorly. Very disappointing. But everyone should be aware of their poor business practices. read more

Missed pick ups, horrible customer service. I have lived here and used "Joe's Refuse" aka: LeMay for almost 10 years and until this year have had zero complaints. From Spring 22 to now I've had multiple missed pick ups, quoted different prices and different rules by different reps. I finally just opted to not have service and instead make my trash runs myself....cheaper ( even with the inflated fuel costs) and less headache. read more

Customer Service and missed pickups. Tried to ask about next pickup and rep shared how hard it all was for the drivers. I asked about paying for extra garbage pickup and rep started asking multiple questions for my identification. I answered about 5 questions and when she wanted to know my internet provider, I figured I was being punked. I gave up. My experience with this company follows suit with all others that view them as rude, unprofessional and not the least bit interested in providing the service we are all forced to use as they have a monopoly. Lemay Garber service up in Packwood Washington is got to be the worst service ever. It should be called Lame garbage. They miss my garbage pick up more than three times already and don't send an extra truck to pick up all the overstuffed garbage at my home. Our recycle dude just took a photo of the overflowing cardboard and left! I called and they say that it is their policy to not pick up the container if it is overfull, due to an extra charge that has to be authorized. I understand that there would be an extra charge, but it would be far more intelligent to have it in the contract when you sign up for the service, if the container is overfull they will charge you more on your bill!! Instead the policy is to have the cardboard left in your parking lot and then have it twice the problem it was for the following pickup. DUMB. read more
