Ok, no problem we had been friends so I trusted her. Well when she said they were in we made an appointment and she proceeded to say that she didn't order them from the site we normally used that she had to order them from a different site because Donna Bella's site was down. I trusted her. Paid $300 for her to put them in, even bought the special brush. They were aweful. They tangled and she everywhere. So few months later I contacted her and said that I would like to get them taken out and gave her another $300 to order from Donna Bella. So when they came in my daughter went up there and it did take her a while because they were so knotted, she even had to cut some out. By then it was late and They were both tired she charged $300 and didn't even put them back in. I still have her the benefit of the doubt and knew she had spent a lot of time. Well fast forward 5 months I asked her for the extensions thinking she saved them. Nope, she said she "got rid" of them. And she would try to make things right. I told her I just wanted my $300 back and she proceeded to tell me she saw my daughter a month later at Walmart and she had fresh highlights so she assumed we weren't going back to her. And that it was as considered abandoned property and she could do what she wanted to with them. Texting and calling didn't work so at this point I'm washin my hands and obviously she needed the money more so just a warning!

First of all, let me say this was our 2nd time to go here. The first time was more than a year…read moreago, and we had a favorable impression. This time was "interesting", and not exactly as hoped. I called on Tues, at 1:30, and asked for thirty min massages for 2 people, at 7:30. She repeated it, and seemed to understand. At 7:20 we arrived, and she said oh no, I forgot! We said that's ok... and she said who wants to go first? So I sat and waited 30 minutes while my husband went first. During that time, two other guys came in and she stopped each time to come out and greet them (when the door chimed). During my massage the same thing happened. She also said, while giving me a massage, "I sorry I forgot, I was watching tv." Wow- thanks. When we left, I gave her the owed amount, no tip. Because now we had each waited on each other and had several interruptions in each massage. As I walked to the door she said, "Can you give me a little tip?" I said sorry what? She repeated it, and I said, "Um- no cuz of -" and pointed to the clock. She said it's ok, it's ok. I have never had someone ask me for a tip! I usually tip though, at least $5 for a massage, but with all the things going on it... it was not as planned, and not as relaxing as it was hoped to be. I was a little shocked by that, and thought it unprofessional. The good things: they are open late, have good availability (sort of, although obviously she didn't write us down and then tried to accommodate walk-ins). They also do a good job, although there is a lot of pressing and holding, and then 'slapping' at the end of the massage. Not our fav, hubby and I both just prefer more of a kneading of the muscles.
