Please be careful going to this place. I was injured from a lady there, it's now been 8 months of pain and trying to recover. When I was on the table I told them it hurt to put my arm behind my back, but she insisted and put to my pressure on the shoulder and outer biceps and damaged tissue. I'm not sure if they are licensed, but I just wanted to share my experience. I'm a healthy person, with no issues but sadly I have tissue damage on my right arm. I have been going here once or twice a month for a year or so. They have been professional every time and give great massages.

I was misled that this salon offers prenatal massage. But they don't! No prenatal massage table! They expected me to sleep on my hips, which is very uncomfortable for a pregnant woman. So I had no choice but to get the foot massage in the common area which is super loud and distracting. I've never ever experienced such a low quality massage and service in my life. The staff are nice, but they are far from professionals. The foot massage is completely different from other spas. They didn't even touch my hands, shoulders, or back. The technician just rubbed my feet (barely touched my calves) for straight 1 hour till my skin became sensitive, painful and was about to come off from all the tension between gloves and my feet. Then the technician didn't even bother to remove the oil throughly from my feet. She just rubbed a rough hot towel on my sensitive skin and then I had to walk with slippery feet. Not safe, not pleasant, and definitely not relaxing. Be aware that the foot massage is kinda like getting a cheap painful pedicure. I bet your pedicure is way more upscale, relaxing, and it will worth the money. Just wasted 56 bucks and came home with back, shoulder, hand, and neck pain. Very disappointed.... So sad. read more

The woman I got this time was not nearly as skilled and I'm extremely disappointed. I have to say this place is pretty darn cool. I came with my Wife and my eight year old. They were so awesome with my son. He wanted a foot massage and they were so nice to him. I came out of the massage I had and my wife had gone in already and there was my son just hanging out. They gave him some candy and he was sitting like a king. I highly recommend coming here when you're in need of a good rub down. Working from home tends to make me put extra pressure on your upper body and affect my posture. I came here with low expectations but left extremely happy and tension-free! Tracy was perfect in applying the right pressure for me and really targeted the tense areas I was having. She managed to get more than half the knots out and I feel super relaxed. I am confident I will be sleeping like a baby at night! My masseuse was rushing through it because there was a group of 3 that came in for foot massage and they needed space. I know the weather has been hot but dang it is not ok to be freezing naked and getting a massage. Blankets were sheets and the massage beds were hard and cold. Not relaxing. Some workers were nice and some were not. Hard to enjoy the spa when nothing is explained either. The last few times I've been here, they really improved on their business practices. They are prompt, polite, and efficient. Really happy that they also don't question the tip anymore and that the manager stepped in to train her staff not to demand more of a tip (I've always tipped 20%). Received a body massage and was in the middle of my massage when an employee walked in during my massage with a male individual not related to me while I was on the massage table and disrobed and I was asked if this was my husband. Why would they allow someone to enter without knocking a room while in a session. No apology and not able to speak to the owner who doesn't speak English and received a call from the owners friend not an employee of the spa who explained that it was a misunderstanding. Clearly they allow people without an appointment to walk around and clearly their employees do not knock before entering an occupied room. Not only was this a traumatic experience but it was reported that the local PD. I still have no idea who this male individual was who entered my room but an apology was never given in person or by phone. read more

Came here for a 90 minute body massage after a vacation trip that had to a of hiking. Much needed! I called ahead to make an appointment which was no problem. When I got there I selected the treatment I wanted and was able to select how hard I wanted the masseuse to go from a scale from 1 to 7. I chose 7 and loved every minute. She used poles on the ceiling to hold herself up as she stepped on my hamstrings and lower back. Just the right amount of pressure. Hot stone therapy is also included. 90 minutes all for under $100 and I tipped well. Definitely my new go to local massage spot! read more

I used to go here and loved it. It was relaxing and consistent. The past 3 times I have been here, however, I've had ridiculous situations. Twice my massage has been cut short , so I received less than the 1 hour I paid for. Both of those times it was so the therapist could take another appointment . Why would they book me (I was not a walk in) if they couldn't support it? But the worst one of all was when my therapist literally fell asleep during the massage! That was beyond unacceptable. I don't know if there's new management or what, but 3 strikes and you're out. SO done with this place. *update based on managements response: I was 5 min early for each appointment. Bottom line is it appears some therapists prioritize who they want to , and don't respect the schedule or the person they're servicing when they cut their service short (and don't adjust the price / I still paid and tipped on a full hour). GROSSLY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Additionally, the guy FELL ASLEEP while giving me the massage, there was no "appearance" of anything. The lack of accountability demonstrated in managements response tells me what the root of the issue is here. Poor management. So that said, bad therapists and bad management. Hard pass. I loved this place when it first opened. Great service, good massage at a good price. They had a therapist named Lulu that really did a great job and I always gave a good tip. Lulu's gone and they said they had a great replacement. I went in got a second rate rubdown with some hot stones. Then when I checked out they held my card and plied me for a bigger tip. Came across lemon tree spa after doing some research looking for a message that was with in my budget and time frame. The foot massage for 30 mins was perfect and a great price. NEVER COMING BACK TO THE YORBA LINDA LEMON TREE SPA! I have been here multiple times and have gotten the same combo massage every single time. The first couple times were great so I came back but the last 2 times were not great at all. Last time it was okay so I thought to give them another chance but today was the worse! Let me start off with the fact that I called to make an appointment so they are prepared. When I got there, there were people waiting for a room but the employees claim there were none available so they opted to wait for one and sure enough they asked me to start my massage on the chairs since they got busy and said they were too busy to put me in a room even though I requested for it beforehand. So I tried to help them out and agreed to start there. My appointment was at 7 but they didn't start until 7:20 because of all the chaos in the front. (I ended at 8:08?????) and I asked and paid for a 60 minute massage. This is not 60 minutes. The lady they assigned to me did not know what she was doing at all. I kept asking for more pressure because she was just basically rubbing oil on my body. I know she didn't know what she was doing because she was all over the place. She started on my shoulder then moved to my lower back then my legs and back up on my shoulder. I've been to so many great massage places and even been to this place multiple times to know that's not how it's supposed to be. I'm guessing they gave me someone who doesn't usually massage and just got asked last minute to work on me since they were busy. It was the worst massage I've ever gotten. I can't even call it a massage. It was literally rubbing oil on me and then pressing hard on random areas. I feel like I came out of there with my body worse than when I came in needing a massage. I really wanted to write here to make sure the employees and the owner understand and fix their mistakes for their future clients. 1. DONT SAY YES TO EVERYONE WANTING TO BOOK IF YOU ARE TOO BUSY AND NOT ENOUGH STAFF 2. DONT LET SOMEONE RANDOM MASSAGE PEOPLE ESPECIALLY IF THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING 3. DONT FORCE PEOPLE TO STAY EVEN IF THEY WERE TRYING TO RESCHEDULE SINCE THEY NOTICED THE CHAOS 4. DONT CHASE PEOPLE FOR MORE TIP. (I referred someone here before and they told me they don't want to come back because they literally chased you for more tip) I couldn't wait for it to end! The beds are much more comfortable than similar places in the area, my husband is also 6'6" so it fits all size of people. It's clean, quiet and dark with relaxing music. I originally called to make an appointment but no one answered so i figured i was only a few streets away anyway and drove there. they were able to fit me in for later in the day! i treated my friend here for his birthday. the massage was good overall and i would come back. pros: we each got hour long foot/combo massages. they used a hot stone on my legs and feet which was a great surprise. she also communicated well with what i wanted pressure-wise. it seemed much cleaner and classier than your average asian massage place (i'm guessing because they also offer naked massages with hot oil, so it's a little more on the up) cons: they didn't accept my yelp deal; they said it's because they had lowered their prices and that the coupons expired but that part seemed a little like bait and switch. the coupon supposedly expired last july, which is fine, but then take the coupon off of yelp. they also rubbed a whole handful of lotion into my hair which was also overall fine and was relaxing and smelled nice, but just unexpected so i looked a little rough at dinner after, haha read more

My Husband booked a massage for me for Mother's Day. Was super excited and reviews looked promising. When I checked in and gave my info they did not have my reservation on file. After a while of looking and still never finding it they took me in and walked me in circles knocking on doors lol and all were occupied. I almost walked out at this point because it felt chaotic. Then they put me in a room with a curtain next to a supply/ prep area I'm assuming since no private room was available since they lost my reservation. For 90 minutes I could hear doors opening and closing, items banging, a ton of chatter, and every customer conversation up front. It was pretty torturous lol. The lady who did my massage was good and they gave me a rose which was a nice touch. However will most likely never go back. I gave two stars because the place was clean, prices are fair and the girl who did my massage was good. read more
