Friendly informative clean attire and appearance....others showed up who reaked of booze and cigarettes and looked liked they had just crawled out of a gutter. During our conversation Mr. Chuck received no less than ten text which he apologized for repeatedly but stated they were from his boss. While waiting on the mess to dry the other guy was called away to go do something, which was muddedfed under their breathe another fire to put out for the boss. They were unorganized and none appeared to enjoy their job. The water was dried and the carpets cleaned but my mothers house spelled like cigs and the whole ordeal wasnt worth the job done. Next time i will go with a more professional and reputable company.

After trying another local carpet cleaning service and having them cancel on me the DAY of my appointment because they couldn't get through the commercial gate at Eglin AFB I looked around YELP and found Great White. I'm glad I did. After hearing my horror story and fear that they'd also cancel on me because of the commercial gate they reassured me on the phone that they'd still service my house. The carpet technician that came was awesome, he arrived a little late but mostly because the commercial gate had a huge line, it's a hazard for living on base, but he didn't cancel on me.
