Refused to actually get up on the roof. Have had 4 different contractors over since who say it's in immediate need of repair. Plywood rotted through, shingles ripping right off, edge guards missing, etc. also missed an active leak from my neighbors house into our which was visible from the street with multiple levels of warped siding in the same vertical location. A $30k whiff on stuff that is external and pretty easy to spot and feel is completely unacceptable, particularly for an inspection costing nearly $1k. If you are going to work with him you need to 100% get a separate and qualified roof inspector up on your house too before you buy anything, which will cost another several hundred dollars.

For 3 years I tried to schedule service to have them trimmed and taken down--no luck. It was impossible to find someone who would actually show up for the work. In April this year, I tried contacting Matt. He made time to come out (despite snow), gave me a fair estimate on my project, and took them down in June as soon as weather permitted. He has an experienced crew, a good eye for what will look nice, and a solid work ethic. The trees are down or neatly trimmed and NO debris was left behind in my yard. Matt offers 5-star service and I highly recommend! I will be calling again for three more 'heritage trees' to be removed.
