I tried calling her with 2 different credit cards and it took her forever to take the info and then asked why would I be using 2 different cards like it's never been done before. She called back after I hung up and said the cards were declined. $100 came out of my bank and the other credit card company locked my account because she apparently was putting in incorrect info and did it several times. I asked her name and title to speak to the owner and she refused. This company has $100 of my money and my son has no oil. I'll be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Watching him assess the problem and apply the needed correction literally was like watching an orthopedic surgeon repair a badly damaged body after a horrible accident. He had to use 3 different angles and make pipe adjustments to correct the shoddy workmanship the builders did 24 years ago.
