Everyone at MWOS was great from the moment we checked in. The receptionist was very friendly and discreet when it was needed. My nurse, Cathy, was awesome She took great care of me, again explaining everything she was doing and why. I needed some special assistance at one point before going in for surgery and she handled it professionally and, again, with discretion. She also took care to include my husband in all conversations as did everyone who talked to me before surgery. The nurse who took care of me in recovery was great! I think her name is Wendy. Made sure I was comfortable and coming out of it well. The nurse who wheeled me out to the car whose name I didn't catch was also very friendly and made sure I was moving correctly when getting into our Jeep. Everyone here was awesome! I highly recommend NWOS and Dr. Moss. I have not had one bad experience there with anyone and am looking forward to having my right hip done there as soon as I can.

She is open to taking the time to answer your questions and discuss therapy options. Her depth of care for her patients shows. She has an excellent network of other doctors and physical therapists that she works with and is well know and well regarded in the Inland Northwest. Her staff is attentive and kind. Went back to Dr Pearce who ordered a $900 MRI that was not covered by insurance because there was no supporting diagnosis, just a fishing expedition. When I called Dr Pearce's office to review the findings, all normal according to the office receptionist, he would not talk to me. Instead I was told I had to make ANOTHER appointment, because he does not get reimbursed for talking on the phone. Well, neither do I, but it is part of quality patient care.

The surgeon gave her the surgery plan and everything. I said that I just needed to know what it was going to cost me out-of-pocket after insurance so that I could budget for it and schedule the surgery accordingly. My daughter and I both left multiple voicemails attempting to get this information and never received any calls back. Fast-forward 7 months... I finally talk to a human and now they're telling me she has to be re-seen because it's been too long since she saw the surgeon. I guess we'll start the process over unless I can find another surgeon that has competent staff first.

The woman who helped check me in was kind and patient. Didn't pry like some may. My wait was a long time. Do not let the "express" fool you. This is similar to waiting at an urgent care or ER. I waited for almost two hours just to get back to a room, did x-rays, and then waited longer for a doctor to come in. It was a lot of waiting. Everyone was pleasant, no complaints there. The doctor I saw basically referred me to one of their hip doctors and I still have not heard back from them. And this was two weeks ago. I've even called and left a message.

The massage chairs prior to an appointment are a plus, getting to relax a bit before the appointment really helps. They are easy to work with. Scheduling appointments is a breeze! The therapists are so willing to help and work you through the post operation pain as well as transitioning back to full function. Julianne Alford is amazing. She is a wealth of knowledge eager to share with her patients. She helps the patient understand why she is doing the treatment they way she is as well as giving them practical tips for home care. She truly is wonderful. Most of the therapy my family has had is in the pool. If you are scared of water don't be with these people. They are careful and considerate with all ages, pain levels, water fears, and the overall well being of their patients. I would HIGHLY recommend Washington Outpatient Rehab to anyone who needs physical therapy help. They are the best!
