I wrote them and they were very quick to get back to me and very quick to come out and give us a quote. The quote was better than any others we got, we also kept running into other companies not wanting to fix the fence and just wanting us to buy a whole new fence which was frustrating. So, we picked Diamond Fence and so glad we did. The communication was fantastic and the two guys that came to fix the fence were great. We had even asked if they could come back to change one thing for us about the way the gate locks into the ground and they were very nice about coming back and changing it for us. I had this company put a fence around my trash cans. In the process they cut my sprinkler line and…read morenever notified me about it. I called the Tropical Fence here in Fort Myers and they said they didn't cover sprinkler lines. I spent the morning digging up the line that was against their post that they knew they broke that day. It caused $1200 worth of damage to redoing the line. re cementing the post and it also washed out the pavers. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH AND WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THERE WORK.
