After seeing the quality of his work, i asked Ron for a quote for a new roof on my house and garage. Ron took the time to explain the difference between a traditional roof compared to a steel roof. His quote for the traditional roof was far less than other competitors, and his recommendation was based off the reasoning of the same lifetime warranties for both roofs. I was very pleased with his work and how his crew acted professionally in installing my new roof. They were efficient in the installation process and were meticulous in their clean up. I need to get up there and hose it out myself because people are swamped in the Spring. Company apologized and said we will send him back out. To do what? He has no hose or vacuum. Beware.

With the recent leak they came out quickly and inspected the roof and identified the problem and said someone would be out within a week to fix it. We had them replace our main roof in 2016 and they did a very good job. Were I have an issue with…read morethem is we contacted them about 30 days ago to request a quote to replace our porch roof and called him 3 times for a quote and he did not have the courtesy to even return any of my phone calls. We now have some shingles that have come loose on the work he did in 2016. We have contacted him concerning this issue. Based on his previous track record I do not expect him to return my call. I understand that they are busy and working on several jobs at the same time. But to treat a past customer this way is very disappointing. This is why I would be hesitant to recommend him.
