I didn't know we were in a contest regarding who had lost more family members. And guess what? I lost both of my parents, as well. I actually found my father dead on the floor. Oh, and I also had a miscarriage. Of course, no one deserves to lose a child. I gave her my condolences anyway. She clearly didn't understand the documents and couldn't just admit that she lacked the expertise in this area. One star for being open as advertised.
