Their "gimmick" is to have the waiters prepare…read morea lot of the dishes "tableside", including the Cacio e Pepe pasta made inside of a wheel of cheese, and crepes Suzette etc., but the bizarre thing is that they don't actually do it in sight of your table - they set up a little table (a planche maybe :)) somewhere nearby, but not within sight, then they bring it to you hot out of the pan (or the cheese). Cacio e Pepe was great, penne with Salmon was almost inedible. One cocktail was good, another was really bad. Crepes Suzette were just OK. Beautiful location in the middle of the little town square and open super late which is nice. So in general great to sit down for a leisurely dinner or a late supper, but the overall experience was just Ok.
