This is the kind of restaurant that deserves far more attention than it gets. The food at Leo's Country Kitchen was fantastic, but the service really made the experience memorable. Our server Indira was exceptional, genuinely friendly, attentive, and so welcoming that it almost felt like we were guests in someone's home rather than customers at a restaurant. Everything was handled with such warmth and care, and that level of hospitality is increasingly hard to find. The meal itself was delicious from start to finish, and between the quality of the food and the outstanding service, I walked away seriously impressed. This should easily be one of the highest-rated restaurants in the area, and I'm already looking forward to coming back.

Great place to eat. Love the country feel and atmosphere. Service was great and we will definitely be back again.

walked into the back looking for the restroom and saw this. ended up peeing in this room because there was no restroom. no wonder my food tastes strange. service meh.

If I had just seen these prices, I may not have stayed. Glad I didnt leave.

I read the reviews. I saw the pictures. And I decided we should drive 23 miles to give this place a try. But when we arrived this Saturday morning, I was unsure of my decision. First impressions: Leo's gave off the appearance of a rather boring, overpriced diner. A newish style building (I generally expect older, divey mom & pop cafes to have the best food), but quite clean and spacious. The interior had a rather sterile, chain restaurant feel. There was the irritating, loud clattering of plates coming from the large, open kitchen. And finally, a lot of menu prices, even breakfast, seemed quite high. I was shocked to see all their omelets and biggest breakfasts were priced at $23 or higher. I prepared myself not to like it and even talked about leaving. Yelp whispered, "Try it anyway, Wendy. Just once." The first plus was the great service. Thank you Maribel. You were perfect, as were the others on your team. Then out came our two breakfasts. OMG, big! The Corned Beef Hash was a big surprise. We knew by looking at it that it was canned, usually a big red flag, but this one tasted far better. I know of only one (!) brand that tastes that good, and you can't buy it in grocery stores. I'll bet that was it. The slab of hash had to be served on its own separate platter, the portion was so big. The scrambled eggs (2) were done nicely, not overcooked. Mr B requested extra crispy hash browns as a side, and they nailed it. Soft in the center, crunchy on the outside, and delicious. The toasted English muffin was generously buttered and had a jagged, crisp texture. I broke down and ordered the Country Fried Steak in spite of its $24 price tag. You have a choice between chicken breast or real steak. I chose the chicken and it was big, nicely seasoned, and moist. The coating was perfectly crispy. It looked hand breaded to me because of its irregular shape, thinner-than-most coating, and nostalgic Southern taste. The final touch was the gravy. It was creamy, nicely seasoned, not at all pasty. I've been looking long and hard for a CFS exactly like this. Highly recommended. Of note, the biscuit (one of my side choices) was not made in house, according to our server, but turned out to be very delicious and tender. And I requested the cream gravy, but on the side. That nice sized, fluffy biscuit came warmed with a side of whipped butter. Very pleased. Dog friendly. They have a small fenced-in patio with large, red umbrellas, a plus, so I can invite my little best friend, Rosey. 23 miles to drive to get here is not bad, but not good. But I'll tell you what! I would do it again, and would especially consider eating here if my husband ends up at the nearby huge Kaiser Hospital complex, which he has, unfortunately, recently done. Nice breakfast!

The cheeseburger sliders were surprisingly bigger than your average slider, which was a nice bonus, and they were pretty tasty. The mozzarella sticks were solid--crispy on the outside and cheesy on the inside. I also tried the BLT sandwich with a salad, and both were fresh and satisfying. Overall, a good spot for a casual meal, and I'd come back to try more.

I really liked this place. It has good food for a fair price. I came with a friend and we got the French toast and farmhouse skillet to split. Both of these dishes were very good. It left us both filled. All the staff are very nice here. They have a some coin machines with toys for kids, or adults with Peter Pan syndrome, like myself. They have plenty of seating inside and out. But depending on the time of day, I could see this place getting packed and there being a wait.

I haven't been here for a while. When we arrived no one was seated and the waitress/hostess greeted us right away. 5 stars for service. The waitress was great and even gave me other options than getting more potatoes with my breakfast burrito. When our food arrived, it was hot, fresh, and cooked perfectly. I would get the burrito again for sure. The restaurant is always a little dim inside but I like that, especially in the morning when you're still waking up. The decor is simple and reminds you of a little diner.

Love this little spot. They always seem to have s special and to me dining here is like having food from home without any of the work. The staff is always kind and super helpful. This is one of our go to spots when I don't want to cook but I don't want fast food

1st timer, definitely coming back. DELICIOUS breakfast, requested hashbrowns extra toasted, yum‼ pancakes were nice and fluffy, sausage cooked perfectly. Customer service was quick and great. We received menus within 2 minutes of arrival, ordered shortly there after. And it took them about 10 mins to get my to-go food. Ordered lumberjack and pancake combo and a Children's pancake combo. Lots of food it was perfect.

Hi. Do you do % of sales back fundraisers for local schoolS? We are a non profit booster club for Kaiser High School Band and Color Guard and are looking for local business to help us fundraise for our current competition season.

    Call the restaurant and ask.

    Do they make strawberry shortcake?

No they don’t but you can give the message to a waitress to pass to the owner. He is always open to feedback on his restaurant. Very nice guy.

They also have a punch card so the more you buy the more discounts-so sign up for free! Thank you for opening up such a cute place in this area! We need more businesses to open up like this in this part of Fontana!

Given the ever-growing bustle of cafe's and beverage shops around the area, one thinks "How does…read moreone stand out?" The boba is cooked correctly, good quality drinks, and has some creative mixes outside the average milk and fruit tea combos. You'll find small sweet treats that can accompany your drink too. Outside of the product is the experience. I've gone enough times to conclude that it varies by employee, as it is a different experience each visit. There are a few instances where employees are disgruntled they must take your order rather than using the kiosk, as well as initial impatience over customers needing clarification over ingredients and allergies. I must say, the older gentlemen are quiet, yet respectful. I'd highly recommend speaking to employees over conduct and customer service, as it greatly impacts loyalty. Given we are paying over $6 for simple teas, please button up the areas mentioned above as we look for top quality drinks with top quality service, thank you!
