Still excellent doctors, however, it is always the front desk with whom the patient has contact. My wait for an appointment is now 1 1/2 weeks as opposed to a few days previously. In my experience there has been a depersonalization regarding the patient /frontdesk contact which might not be experienced by newer patients over the past few months. Am hoping this will improve. And perhaps I just caught one person on a bad day.

Since Consensus Health has taken over this practice, it's become one of the worst and most frustrating places to deal with. Getting an appointment on the website does not work. If you call for an appointment, it's an AI generated system and after five minutes asking questions they gave me an appointment that is two days from now, then it told me there seems to be a problem and the AI system sent me to a voicemail. Someone did call back and I explained what happened and they told me that there is no appointment for that day available. I told them the website shows no appointments through July and I was told that's because we have no appointments... I said I guess I'm going to need to find another doctor and she said OK and hung up on me. The original doctors in the office may be good, but everything else about this place is absolutely frustrating and horrible!!! After getting out of the hospital, I would love to see the doctor that I've been with for over 30 years, but I can't get an appointment, it's extremely sad and frustrating. Sadly, no one in the office except the doctors seems to really care.

I then get a text hours later confirming my appointment in which I responded I left a voicemail to cancel. They said yes we will cancel it for you... I responded saying whenever they can give me a call back I would like to reschedule. They call me right away, I inform them I've only ever seen dr yadalla and it wasn't made with her so I would like to make sure I am rescheduling with her. Eloise let me know that she wasnt seeing anything until next year, when I asked what the appointment was for and was told it's an annual, I said I will call back at a later time to reschedule then because I would really like to get in with dr yadalla (I was not in a rush to reschedule an annual) I then get a call and voicemail about 20 minutes later saying "this is Eloise from dr yadalla's office calling in regards to your reservation today, if you could give us a call back." fast forward 5 days later to today I get an email that I have a no show balance of $50 on my account. I immediately call (no answer) and leave a voicemail. I then send a text saying I have a text message of you guys confirming that it was cancelled, they then respond with "the fee is from cancelling the same day which I informed you on the phone." I NEVER was informed of that and would have then said I'll just come into the office with a stomach bug if I was informed I would have to pay $50 because I'm sick. Asked for a supervisor to call me. 5pm comes and I get the office manager - as soon as I pick up I hear the automated message of "this call is being recorded". Told her what happened and was informed that the person I spoke to on Monday put a note that she offered me telemedicine and I declined NEVER EVER HAPPENED. And the person also put a note that she informed me of the fee NEVER EVER HAPPENED. So I was told the charge sticks because those notes are here. I then asked for them to listen to the call from Monday since I was just told they are recorded and her response was "we started recording them yesterday so I don't have that call." I never ever in my life have been treated that way by a business. Your office deals with people that come in with sicknesses, mental health issues and you accuse people of lying? You as an office manager are in the wrong field.. They absolutely should have calls recorded for this reason, but if you did not at the time how are you going to so blindly trust a worker without listening to a customer. People make mistakes, the associate could have put the note in thinking she mentioned both options to me, instead of thinking hey this could have been a mistake I immediately was told well the note is here so you have to pay.. I myself run a business and I would never ever handle this the way it was handled. I was the one who reached back out asking for a call to reschedule...since now the calls are recorded, Dr Yadalla I ask for you to review even that call.. To the associate that made the mistake of making a note that she informed me of telemedicine AND the fee, every time you write that in error you leave the patient "responsible" for a fee that you never actually told them about. So for anyone that took this time to read this long review, I advise you not to use this office. Which is unfortunate because again Dr Yadalla is a great doctor, but unless you want to deal with charges you were never informed about, be called a liar, and now have to contact insurance and the better business bureau so that no one else deals with this like I did then go elsewhere. Days after this review I see that they started applying past copayments towards this no show fee! I check back on my claims and they have been overcharging my copays and are now applying those overcharges towards this "no show" fee! They steal from patients!

The lady was super nice and thorough and explained everything I needed to do and bring prior to my visit. They have a convenient and easy to use patient portal. Had a virtual visit with Dr. Yadalla which was awesome, video quality and sound was great. Especially loved the patient portal where I can view my lab results, send a message and even schedule an appointment. Very happy with Dr. Yadalla's office and staff

Her office was at one time much much closer to home, but even with her offices move, it's still easy to get too. Appointment making is easy and I can see all the updates on my patient portal which is really, especially when I need refills on medications. Office staff is wonderful, helpful and friendly and they don't over book, at least for me, my wait time has never been more than 10-15min. Honestly, I understand no one wants to wait and time is important, but sometimes appointments take a little longer, and I am never rushed, when it is my turn.

Words can't express how wonderful they are and how terrific they have treated us. Their nurses and office staff are also terrific. Want an urgent appointment or talk to a nurse? You got it. If you prefer, they also provide a "patient portal" where you can email the doctor or nurse, read your test results, request Rx refills and get a history of your visits. On Monday I received a call to remind me of my appointment on Tuesday, August at 9:15, once at the office I was told me that I was to come in on Wednesday, August 21 at 9:50; the front desk told me that 9:15 and 9:50 sound similar, I responded that Tuesday and Wednesday do not sound alike. Dr. Tomaro's nurse was very unfriendly, did not look at me when talking. Once in the office she proceeded to ask about my personal and medical data, she was very difficult to understand, I had to keep asking to repeat the question and why she was asking for this information when I had been a patient for quite a few years. She finally told me they have a new system and need to input again. Once Dr. Tomaro came in, I told him about the unfriendly nurse and he said "she's very professional" which was not true. He started the examination by checking the lower right side of my breast only, not his usual examination of previous years where he had me sit up check both breaths and under my arms. I asked him about this he responded "are you having issues" to which I said no, the reason I'm here is for you to check if I do. He ignored my question and proceeded with the rest of the exam. I was completely dumbfounded and was shocked by what had just taken place. He was unprofessional and lacking in his care. I will never step into Monmouth County Associates' offices, except to pick up my records. I had recently referred my sister and a friend to this practice, once I told them about this visit they are cancelling.

The unrushed atmosphere is wonderful, and the staff superb. Dr. Carson is highly knowledgeable and up-to-date on the latest meds, conditions, procedures, diagnostics, etc., and readily shares how he determines appropriate treatment. He welcomes patient questions and input. I particularly appreciate that he isn't an alarmist and works with the patient to figure out the optimal approach to address a medical issue. Based on my experience, I wholeheartedly recommend him to others.
