I spoke to him the day before he emailed me breaking our retainer. He could not tell me over the phone. So I emailed the founder of the firm Murray Miskin and he is the most unprofessional unpersonable person I have heard from. He emailed me and said "do what you have to but take me off your email", a real jerk. I am going to the Law Society and Human Rights Tribunal. Chris Goddard acted very cowardly and you would not want him defending you. MY incidents were very simple so he used the "disability discrimination" excuse without even knowing it. It is the same as saying I don't know how to defend someone with a pre-existing condition. But the best is he did not even read my surgeons letter before he let me go. Do not go to this firm.
