It ended up being a fixed menu with a couple of choices. Restaurant itself is beautiful and large! I ended up choosing cod as my main course, with foie gras as my starter. My wife choose rabbit. Two thumbs up for the cod, and my wife gave 3 stars for her dish. Have to say, there is "something" about the waffles in Belgium. Heck, it IS called Belgian waffles for a reason huh? The waffles were really good, much better than the kind I find back at home.
The staff are friendly and attentive. Pace of service is leisurely as someone noted - no rush and since this was a networking meal, they let people take their time to eat and enjoy beverages.
Perhaps the experience will be different in a non work group setting, so the next time in Brussels, I would definitely give this place another try.
