Nice facilities but terrible administration and organization. After emailing Zeef asking what was the best option for our Bachelorette party, I stopped getting answers. I then called and made my reservation through the phone with another person. Upon arrival I encountered the raging owner who said I had booked absolutely nothing, that I sent 84 emails and none had a reservation request (I sent 3-i counted) . After explaining that I booked the place on the phone the owner then said it was a lie and after 10 minutes of attacking me she noticed the angry faces of the bride and the rest of the group and welcomed us in the spa. Experience ruined. The spa is gorgeous, it's a shame that it's in the wrong hands. If you want a mess free booking and stay at the spa, don't book this place. read more
