The disposable bottoms don't cover much. *Be prepared to be horrified by how much dead skin you're in possession of. They're going up get all of it. *This appears to be a popular spot for ladies to come together so I was probably one of the only solos - a little awkward. *I did the Prestige package and it was WORTH IT. *They give you a comb & have hair dryers do you can make yourself presentable after. *Everyone is seriously the nicest. Honestly, Paris airport isn't the most inviting place, so I wanted to take a moment to relax here before facing the airport's frenzy. The spa is pretty exclusive, and I felt completely safe with the staff. While there might be some binary individuals, the environment is designed to make everyone feel at ease. You can enjoy your privacy, and the massage and other services are incredibly comforting when you need some time alone. My French isn't perfect, but I managed well, and they were very accommodating.

We did not get any services, so this review is only of the facilities, which includes a small jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. I'm not sure if the spa get busy, but the day we went at around 4:30pm, we were the only people in the spa until it closed at 7pm. The facilities are really clean and nice, but once you start using the facilities, the whole area does gets very wet. I love steam rooms and this is one of the best I've been in recently, with just the right temperature and the perfect amount of essentials oils. The sauna was a bit hot for me and I could only stay in it for a few minutes. But you could sit in the jacuzzi, for forever as I think the water was heated to body temperature, so not hot and not cold. It was a nice place to relax, and a perfect way to spend a couple hours.

[airport transfer service]…read more We selected this hotel based on its close proximity to the CDG airport AND that they advertise free shuttle from and to the airport. We arrived at the airport and called the number and the recording stated no shuttle available and we need to get own transport. Then when we arrived at the hotel, they said they can only provide shuttle to one terminal and not the other due to airport regulations and of course, it was our terminal. HOWEVER, the front desk staff (Emir and another which I forgot to get her name) listened to our concerns and frustrations and were able to contact Marriott to highlight the website's false information and they kindly arranged transport for us the next morning. They did a GREAT job resolving the mishap and were very kind through the process. I must say - this was the BEST Marriott staff at correcting a problem. Kudos to this team! Hotel itself was nice, clean, and was somewhat close to CDG. The staff at the restaurant and bar were also very kind. What started out as super frustrating when we landed at CDG ended up being a relaxing last night in Paris. Would I go back? Yes.
