Great gym as expected from Les Mills. Has all the fitness classes that you can think of. Large parking area right next door. Huge work out area, including two group fitness rooms, RPM room, weights room, aerobic area. They also have this outdoor area with monkey bars and stuff for crossfit type exercise. With loud music pumping that you can hear it all the way down the street. Plenty of water fountains to keep you hydrated. There are so many gyms in the city center but this one for sure stands out. read more

This is a small gym located on state highway 1 near all the fast food places. In fact, as you work…read moreout you can see the big burger joints from inside! The resistance machine equipment is far from new, there are some mirrors but not enough, the stretching Swiss ball area is minuscule and the toilets and showers don't have a clear sign on them. Temperature and airflow was adequate inside. This gym smelled clean, the workout mats were clean and in good condition and importantly the people were friendly.
