Took it into Les Schwab to get an alignment, left it on site to pick up later Received a call shortly later telling me my truck was within the specs for alignment. Alignment wasn't required, could Recheck it at next tire rotation if I wanted, didn't charge me. They could've lied and told me they did an alignment and charged me. Go to tire rack set up an account get 30% off or just go straight to discount tire. Their prices are better. Customer service is better that's all they do is tires. unfortunately they don't do alignments which is what brought me to Les Schwab well they charge me for an alignment after telling me they couldn't align it. I had called in first to get a quote on my tire, just around 20k miles. It is on a brand new car and well, had some bad luck (knocking on wood as I write this - for all of you reading this review). I actually first called the location on Arapahoe Road out of curiosity for tire price and if runflat options exist, I was shocked to learn that they would try a patch for free no obligation. My standard tire was also out of stock (Michelin Primacy LTX) and I wanted to switch to a runflat because my car does not carry a spare. . Now my tire is not flat, it was just losing air over the past week and all. I had inflated it at costco twice and it went back down so I knew there was an issue. So I decided to schedule an appointment here at Smokey Hill as I was in the area today. I met Coleman when I entered and he was super nice in confirming everything. It was surprisingly fast that I did not even have time to finish my calls (a good problem really). If you are not sure where to go and maybe want to go somewhere that isn't too salesly or aggressive, somewhere you can take your time to trust, I would recommend coming here. From past experience in my years of car ownership, I know costco and other places would not even bother to look but try to sell me at least 2 new tires. Coleman was patient in helping me understand what he noticed and saw and how he addressed it. I was still surprised there was no charge, no paperwork. Just a smile. Went here since we were close by and had a large nail in one of our mud swamper tires on our 4 runner-that this company did not even install. Immediately we were greeted by a gentleman named possibly Jacob? He asked us to leave our vehicle and they would inspect it and let us know the deal and call us when ready. Within 45 min we got a call and they said they removed the nail and it was ready. Got there they patched it up and didn't charge us a penny!! They totally could have lied and told us we needed a new tire and it was unrepairable since the tire we have on there is about a $250 tire! They were honest and made me a happy customer. After calling around to a lot of places to get pricing on a new tires and my local Hyundai totally failing me, this place by far offered the best customer service and best price. There is one important tip and that is to be one of the FIRST people there. I think it just helps with time. We made sure to call ahead and order our tires so that the team would be prepared and I think this helped speed things up because after we arrived they got pretty busy. We were greeted on a snowy morning with a smile and the team explained all of the necessary information and asked us to get comfortable. The location is super clean and the team is very knowledgeable and informative. For all of my tires to be replaced and to have a tire alignment done we were not there long at all. It's Simple.... The team here is NOT a bunch of teenagers busting tires on and off... they are seasoned professionals WITH SKILLS... They care, and they check everything. They do it with the skill of a nascar pit crew, and the care and consideration of a personal assistant. I have now frequented (for several cars and 4 visits each) both the Parker location and the Southland's location- I now believe that the Corporate culture and training, and local management and hiring practices is what is driving my phenomenal experience. Was passing through town on Christmas vacation, and got a low tire light. For whatever reason, my tire gauge was missing from glove compartment. Rather than wrestle with overpriced broken air hoses at a gas station, I went to these guys, looking for help. The crew at Les Schwab was AWESOME! I pulled into the first tire place I passed (never bought tires at a Les Schwab, ever) and they greeted me right away, put someone on it immediately and fixed it fast (ran over a bolt) When they finished, he brought me the keys and said "here you go!"
