The service I received here was exceptional. I came in to get my wife's tire fixed on our Toyota Sienna minivan that I removed this morning because there was a piece of metal stuck in the middle of the tire. I went right up inside. They greeted me very quickly and within a one minute they were outside inspecting the tire and shockingly. They just said they'll take care of it with no cost!! I've never been here so I thought they'd be expensive and I as not wanting to go here because of how nice the building looks (kinda intimidating). Little did I know this is the best place to go for tires so glad I didn't go to a small little tire place because it would've took me forever. Brought my car in to check my low pressure tires that the light in my car was on for it. I bought all 4 tires from here and was told there lifetime warranty on them. I was told this would take an hour to hour and a half. Didn't like it but was told there's couple people ahead of me. So, I said OK, but here's going on 1hr and 10mins and still my car was still parked and never seen until I brought it to the same guy's attention who checked it in about my car. He was not attentive about it but went to check on how much long. He came back and told me that they're going to check on it. The long wait for a job that should take 15mins or less is unnecessary and this place is always the same 1hr to hour and a half. There should be some mindful attention to customers waiting for timing at least an hour or less. It's over an hour and a half and I'm still waiting!!. read more

I noticed a nail in my tire on my 2019 Model X Performance with Yokohama Geolandar X-CVs with barely 1000 miles on them on my T Sportline 22" MX115 wheels and booked an appointment online at Les Schwab in Norco for the next morning. The shop was clean, professional, and efficient. They were very careful not to scratch my expensive wheels and even put all my custom air caps back. It's pretty close to my work and I know if I can get an early they have a really quick turnaround a few times I've had a flat and I've gotten in a van taking care of it free of charge I think most you're 10 or 15 bucks if they need to do some extra work. Crazy that I've been a customer with this tire service center for years. Almost 14 years actually and this is the ONLY location that is rude toward me. I come in regularly for tire rotation to keep warranty and I also needed an oil change. The "manager" that sits at his desk interrupted the tire mechanic and was super rude in telling me that I would need to schedule a separate appointment for alignment even though I'll be having tires rotated and an oil change. Make it make sense. I'm definitely going to start going to another tire service center after today. I've spent over 15k with this company and what a shame to have horrible managers ruin my future business. read more

I only take my vehicles to America's mostly because it's closer to my house. I needed a tire rotation and was told it would take an hour with an appointment. I decided to book with Les Schwab since it's close to my job. I came in a bit early and they were able to help me right away. They were attentive, efficient and helpful. I even received an email of my vehicle status related to my tires, brakes and suspension. A little peace of mind helps since I'm about to go on a long trip. Highly recommend. I use to only have great experience with the place, but they must be under new management. Now they have turned into the reasons I left the last tire store. I went in for a flat repair which was not in the sidewall and they said they couldn't fix and sold me new tires. What a scam. What a shame. I should have walked away. I have a 2019 Toyota Camry Hybrid and they sell me high performance ZR speed rated tires. 2 for almost $500. Crazy. I should have said no and walked away. I could have went to WallMart and saved at least $200. The manager called me and said he will find me cheaper tires and allow me to exchange them. I don't think he is going to call me back. I used to always go to the Les Schwab in the city of Eastvale. They were outstanding. Great customer service, you could trust what they told you and they never tried to over sell you. That manager moved out of state and it went downhill. So I moved over and started using the one in my local city of Norco. Hard to believe this one could be worse but it is. Talk about trying to sell you services to say don't need.. wow you would think they were on commission or something. Won't be going to the Norco location anymore. I called in for help because I was stranded on the side of a road with a flat tire. I previously had gone to the location in Bakersfield. The staff lacked empathy and were not willing help in the way the Bakersfield location had helped in the past and essentially left me hanging. I ended up going with a local tire shop instead because it was closest to where I was stranded and even though it was more expensive, they were more helpful. read more

I had a nail in my tire last Thursday went to Les Schwab to get it fixed. Friday psi went down to 22 Saturday yesterday went down to 17 and 23 this morning. I was in LA this Wknd and went to Americas Tire. They won't fix the mistake another tire shop did; they can sell me a new tire. Les Schwab is closed today. I came to the next tire shop which is Tire Choice that's open today and they showed me the tire was not patched up correctly. They didn't put the plug-in and the person that patched it up grinded the tire down too far to the thread and wire now I need a new tire. SMH I now need to see Les Schwab tomorrow for them to fix their carelessness. After the guy who checked me out says oh you're good we want to make sure you're safe. The people here have always been respectful and prompt but their tires suck. Bought a set of "E" rated tires for my work truck. They must have made the tire out of magnets. Out of the 4 tires I had 9 flat repairs. Ditched those tires before they were worn out cause I was spending way too much time at the tire store. They now had some there with solid ribs in the tread. I was under the impression they were "Toyo" tires espically since they were over $300 a tire. I wouldn't buy an off brand tire. Had them installed and no real tire repairs but after about 20k miles BOOM the front tire blows out at the 60/57 interchange. Had to pay 400 for a tow. Nothing left of the tire. They replaced it no questions asked. If they would have gave me an ounce of crap I would have went off in them. With that tire replaced I waited a month and got a set of Michelins. 30k miles no blow outs, no nails in tires. read more

A few months ago I had gone to Les Schawb for a flat tire repair. When I received my vehicle back I asked the gentleman how the rest of my tires looked. To my surprise he said "I didn't check" hmmmm I was stunned and upset. I left and thought to myself I will never come back. However I did decide to call later and speak to the Manager but since he was not available I let the receptionist know. I received a call from Jose whi I belive is the general manager insuring this is not what they are about and her would address this so it won't happen again. He asked me if there was anything he could do for me. As a former les schwab employee as a booker keeper many many years ago,les schawb is a place that I LOVE! Not just for their prices but most of all THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE and how SAFE I feel knowing they do a great job! I appreciated the call the genuine concern of one of his employees and the fact it felt genuine. WELL THAT'S NOT IT! A few days ago I took my car in to get 2 new tires when a gentleman came out with my keys and I was ready to go I also noticed another gentleman sorta of listening. The guy who have me my keys explained everything to the "T"! All my warranties what I needed what I didn't and if I had any other questions. I told him I didn't and thanked him. I then remembered I wanted a small used tracker tire and asked if they had one. He was not too sure so he asked the guy in the back that I honestly think was listening. We'll guys long story LONGER lol turns out it was the manger Jose. He remembered me, (I'm sure they input notes about what v happened previously). This place has an old American charm and service. Came in for a tire repair. They found a small nail and patched it up quickly from outside. Afterwards they only made me aware of my brake pad usage and didn't pester me about the worn out front tires, which I already know need replacement soon. I really appreciated not having to explain to them that i am out of work and this will need to wait a while. Popcorn, coffee and quiet atmosphere while waiting are added bonuses! The service tech was honest and informative. I had taken my Mercedes to Walter's of Mercedes for a regular service, and they said I needed new tires. One tire has a nail and another tire had a razor blade. Mercedes tech said they could NOT be plugged and I needed new tires. I left there and went to Les Schwab and the tech said the one with the nail needed to be plugged and did the repair work FREE OF CHARGE! The other tire with the razor blade wasn't leaking at all and didn't need to be fixed. The tech said we only ask that you consider us when getting new tires. ABSOLUTELY! I will not go anywhere else. I have always gotten my tires from Les Schwab. I had a new set put on my first car from them the day I brought it home. Every location thus far has been absolutely awesome. This one was no acception. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Cody was on the ball with getting things ordered and sized properly for my car, I bought a set of rims through him and had originally bought a lower tier tire to put on them. (My own mistake.) After we had our rainstorm I came to realize the importance of good tires, and that you definitely get what you pay for. I called up and the team was happy to help me out with getting a set of Michelin Pilot Sport 4 all season tires, which I absolutely love. Make sure not to cheap out when shopping for tires, don't make my mistake get the best you can afford. It's about a 40 mile drive from where I'm at in long beach out to this location, and everyone who asks where the best spot to get tires/wheels/brakes or suspension I always send them here. It's 100% worth the trip if you have to travel to get here and any other customer I'm sure would agree. read more
