I was a little suspicious because the car drove perfectly. I took it to another shop a few months later for an oil change and asked them to check the front ball joint's. When I picked it up, they told me it DIDN'T have ball joint's, because it was rack & pinion steering system. They went out of business about a year ago, but I think they're back in business again.

After some troubleshooting I came to the conclusion it was a fuel problem that I could not fix on the side of the road. I called AAA for a tow only to find out after an hour of sitting in the intersection that they would not be able to help me. They literally said I was on my own and MAYBE I will get reimbursed for the tow fee. JUNK. Thank God I had cellular service then, so I looked up the local auto shop to see if they could help. Justin answered the phone and had a quick conversation with me about what happened and what he thinks may be the issue. He said he could tow my vehicle AND my trailer. He hooked up my Yukon to his machines to find nothing wrong (shocker, I know) with no codes showing AND the stupid engine started without any issues. He ran a bunch of diagnostics and replaced the fuel pump/filter assembly. He had to order the part from Dillon, 1 hour away, call his wife to pick it up, drop the tank and install it. He had me back on the road within 6 hours of breaking down! I can't say enough nice things about Justin's shop, his customer service, his hard work and Justin himself. I have never come across a more honest and sincere business owner ever!

My wife went there to buy a battery against my advice. They had refused to replace two different…read morebatteries for me that were under warranty. They tested the battery and they kept saying this batteries good. It wasn't, it kept going dead. So I went down to Idaho Falls went into a battery place that handled the same type of battery they tested the battery and they said this battery is bad.So, they gave me a brand new battery under warranty. In time when that Battery did go bad, I went back to Orr again and Salmon and they said this battery is good. After hearing that, I was so disgusted I just went down to the auto parts store and bought a battery and put it in myself. Since then, no problems. Now comes my wife story. She bought a battery there about a year ago and she's recovering from a very serious illness in a hospital in Idaho Falls. The fourth day she was there she came out and went to start her car so she could get treatments for her medical condition, you guessed it, the battery was dead. She was completely stuck so she had to just go out and buy another brand new battery. I wouldn't buy popcorn off these bozos. I think the name has changed from or to something else but I'm not sure.
