When we asked to speak to someone higher up aside from Kathy and Linda, they connect us to their district manager who then yells curse words, and clicks off. We called the owner Gregg , who advised us he chose his DM over us, agreed to schedule a call to see what was said and never called. We also reached out to erie corporate and because they are franchised own, it's owners discretion. I will not be recommending Erie to anyone, especially this branch ! It's 2021 and customers should always be at the top of your priority list.
