I ordered Products from Lesco Distributing on 9/22/2020, Part #1 Stryker SR-A10MM Magnet Mount Antenna. Part #2 Bandit C-529 Mounting Bracket for a Cobra 29LTD CB Radio. The order was paid in full on the order date, Total Invoice with shipping was $80.97, As of February 3, 2021 I still have not received my order. I have spoken with my sales representative many times with no action taken by him, He tells me it was lost in the mail and he will not give me my money back because of that. He wanted me to look into this with the post office. I spoke with customer service and I'm told the company must file the forms with the post office not the customer. He is not doing anything to resolve this problem. I believe well over 60 days is enough time to resolve this problem. I have the original invoice to prove the products were purchased from Lesco.
