I spent thousands and thousands of dollars with this dentist. Her work is substandard and she is not honest.

I went to get groceries and at the store a pain like I have never experienced shot through my jaw. I assumed it was the novocain wearing off so I just dealt with it. The pain kept getting worse and Friday night my lip and left side of my face went numb. I called yadon on saturday and the 'emergency' number they left. no answer at either place. I drove two hours to dental depot in Yukon. They said that the tooth NEXT TO THE tooth that was filled by yadon was cracked and the new filling was pressing on exposed nerve. They told me the tooth that was filled by Yadon already had a root canal (so why would yadon suggest a root canal if it already had one?) They sent me home with pain meds and antibotics and told me I had to have a root canal and crown on the cracked tooth. The pain became unbearable, I again attempted to call yadon and the 'emergency' number yesterday and was told by the 'emergency number' that it would take 4-5 weeks to get in for the root canal and there was nothing they could do. In the meantime I was in excruciating pain and the numbness was going down my neck and across my face. Once again I called dental depot and they got me right in. They could not do a full root canal due to the amount of inflammation and pain but they did remive the nerve. i will be going to dental depot for my root canal and cap and any further dental work I need done. They do not know if or when the feeling will come back to my face and want to refer me to a surgeon. In the meantime, not one person from Yadon has returned any of my calls. Ive been to some awful dentists before but this one is the worst. Save yourself thousands of dollars and a LOT of pain and go somewhere else. I shouldnt even have to give them one star.

For 6 years Dr. Stephens and his staff, did all my families dental work. This was in 2000 - 2006…read more Unfortunately, we had to move that took us out of the country. During this time, we saw dentists and hygienist, that could not hold a candle to Stephens staff of 2000 -2006. Moving forward to this year. We have moved back to Oklahoma. I called Stephens office...which is 2.5 hours away for a dental appointment. The appointment was made 4 months out. The receptionist said she couldn't find my name in the computer. So she would send me the new patient info to fill out (which I DID NOT RECEIVE). During the 4 months, I was called twice to reschedule; for a reason never given. I graciously did - each time. I was text several times (in the 4 months) to remind me of my appointment. I replied YES. Since I did not receive the "New Patient" paperwork, assumed I was found in the computer. I received a call yesterday, asking if I was going to make the appt. I said "Yes, of course". Once we hung up, I remembered I needed the dentist to call in 6 pills of Amoxicillin, because I had bi-lateral knee replacement in 2018. And before any oral cleaning or dental work, I have to have amoxicillin. Amoxicillin is a basic antibiotic that is required prior surgery. I only needed 6 capsules. Three capsules prior, then 3 capsules after. This has not been a problem for the other dentists. BUT, it seems Stephens office, will not call the script in because " I was seen as a New Patient." I laughed and said, "I don't believe I fall into that category since he was the one who placed upper veneers in my mouth in 2005 and did extensive work on my husband." Receptionist..."sorry, we won't do that until we see you." I had to cancel the appointment I had for 4 months. Next appointment was another 4 months. I said "just forget it." Receptionist - OK no problem. Unbelievable! Unacceptable! Unprofessional! in the past 4 months! He might be a fair dentist, but his hygienist is who I wanted to see. Being a small town doctor, I think he and his staff would be more gracious. I was when THEY rescheduled each time. OUTCOME: I do not recommend this business. Appointments are changed, by the staff, a snarkiness in the receptionist, and a dentist who thinks he is too busy and his schedule is more important.

He's about 35 or so and has a family, and they are very nice. He came in on a Sunday afternoon for me once when I was hit in the mouth with a baseball, thats service. Very nice guy, and his assistants are also very nice. Highly recommended.
