They came in, fixed what others had messed up and now I have central air!! It took a few tweaks to get it right as my system is new except some duct that is original to my home. Tom took the time to explain how the system worked and what we could do to make it as efficient as possible at the least amount of expense. Pro Heating and Cooling will be doing all my air conditioning service from now on.

We lost our keys Thursday night, called this service, who met us at 8pm. and kept us out until 12:30am. Without explanation, the locksmith left when he realized he couldn't complete the job. Friday and Saturday passed with different people lying to us about getting us the key for our car "first thing in the morning". On Saturday, despite their promise to have the key ready again "the first thing in the morning", we were informed that they would tow our car "free of charge" to their shop and when the key came in on MONDAY, they would call us. I ended up going with a completely different locksmith who came out to the car and made a key w/i 45 minutes. Anyone who is looking for an actual speedy locksmith, DO NOT CALL HERE!! (Not even worth one star...had to pick a star in order for my review to be complete)
