I was told this process would take 6 months so around month 5 I made numerous unsuccessful attempts to reach her by phone, email and stopping by the office which I often found unoccupied on days that were listed as working days on the office door and online. After a month of no contact I reached out to the IRS directly and just discovered that as of posting this review NO AMENDMENT has been made and NO EXTENSION has been filed for. Over 6 months later & nothing has been done resulting in penalty's, attorney fees & late filing fees. I urge anyone considering using this company visit their Better Business Bureau and read the complaints. Also at the time of this review Gina Cummins nor Cummins Accounting & Tax Service are CERTIFIED Public Accountants and are NOT registered with the North Carolina State Board of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Examiners.
