The owners responded to the yelp review to defend himself but couldn't simply respond to a text message. Claiming "we were rude and yelling". I never spoke to them via phone call. My friend did. I contacted them through email & text only. Everything was in writing and respectful on my end as I am the main one that made the reservation VIA EMAIL. You spoke to the wrong person & are accusing me of an interaction that did not happen Jose! A friend of mine called before I had reached out to confirm with this company but the "owner" Jose was laughing to his colleagues in the background while speaking to him & dismissing my friend while trying to resolve the issue & figure out what was going on. Let me just start by saying this was the lowest priced quote I got from the Fullerton / La Habra / Whittier area! I had my little girl a birthday party and was having about 50 guests, I wanted white chairs, tables and linen table covers. I contacted Leslies through Yelp and requested a quote from them and many other party supplies. I also called a few of the shops that didn't get back to me. Leslies quoted me the lowest price and at first I was a bit skeptical but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt! I went to their shop to give a deposit and they were closed when the hours said open and that made me a more nervous but I called left a message and the lady called me right back! Well I found out there's no need to go to their office because you can pay upon delivery of the goods! If you pay in cash it's cheaper, they won't charge tax. They can also deliver the day before your event and they pick up the day after. They deliver with the best time that worked for me. They guys picking up the chairs were extremely professional and fast! Highly recommend this little family business to anyone looking for a reliable party supply shop! Five stars!!!! I called Leslie's on a Thursday to rent chairs, tables, and a jumper for an event on Sunday and they were able to accommodate. We got exactly what we ordered, they were there during the time frame they quoted, and they picked up when they were supposed to. My only issue is when I initially ordered the rentals, I said I wanted to pay with my debit. I was told the price was going to be higher since they would need to charge me tax. I said fine and was told the guy who could process the debit card payment wasn't there so he would call me back to arrange payment. I found Leslie party supplies and rental on Yelp. I liked how they had package deals. I got the first package included a jumper, 2 tables and 10 chairs, a big pinata, large candy bag, and balloons. I also ordered a helium tank. It was $45. Supposed to be for 30 balloons. Sadly, on the day of my event only 10 balloons were blown up. The helium tank stopped working. I contacted the staff. The staff asked me what kind of balloons I was using. I really don't know. So, I just picture text them. And they said that's why there's no more helium. Because balloon is big. I am a little disappointed because i spent $45 helium for 10 basic balloons.the day before the event. They gave me pink balloons part of the packaged. But, to have it blown up I would have to come back the next day. That is time consuming, waste of trip and too much people contact. I didn't understand why I can't have it blown up the day I went to deposit. I think the accommodating part of the business was not great. Because how would I know that their helium tank would give me 10 balloons when I requested 30-35. If I knew. I would not order. Also, I remember the delivery staff keeps mentioning to be careful with the tip of the helium tank. I did ask when messaging the problem if it was the tip that is not working. But, the staff replied that I used up the helium because of the size of my balloon. This is my experience. Thought to share with you. So you can be aware and ask of what kind of balloons or how much helium for your event. So you won't be surprised or disappointed when you don't get the amount of balloons you were told you get. Amazing!!!!! I went into their shop during their open hours and was helped by Leslie. They had everything I needed for an amazing party :) I called the day before to confirm my order and I even had them Add an extra table after their truck was loaded. On the day of the party they arrived towards the beginning of their delivery window and set up the gigantic jumper :). They stacked everything nicely and were very helpful and friendly. They even let us keep the jumper until 10 the next morning. Which meant we could have a jumper after party and a jumping morning too. So that made me feel like I got a great bargain!!! Have rented other jumpers from other places but they're always really dirty or You get charged an arm and a leg for delivery. Leslie provides immaculate tables, chairs, and jumpers. First listing on yelp that was near by me with high reviews left multiple messages did NOT get a call bacj so I went ahead and gave them a call myself only need 2 tables and maybe 10 chairs was told what time I would pick up the merchandise I informed then that I would like them delivered she told me No I even offered to pay them and they still told me No.. They must be flowing with business to turn away some business. Im new to the area with 5 kids and thats 5 birthday parties a year with over 150 guest all the time I would've loved to find a new supplier but not at Leslie's they must be extremely busy that they wouldn't want more money. I had mixed feelings and I really hate leaving this review because Leslie was very nice but I felt the business was horrible. I called a week before my sons party to get a jumper, tables and chairs she fortunately had it available and the packaged I ordered also came with plastic table cloths and a dozen balloons. I requested the items be dropped off at 11, I asked to make sure they would be there by 11 because my sons party was at 12:30. Since we were having a small party I figured the 1 1/2 was more than enough time. Well of course they showed up late... At 11:40. By the time they unloaded and set up the jumper it was almost noon. Leaving me 30 minutes to finish setting up. I had also ordered an extra 2 dozen balloons (in addition to the dozen that came with the package) in orange, yellow and black and had a friend pick them up. My mistake for not telling him the colors (I thought since she confirmed the colors that morning we were fine) but he arrived with red, yellow and black so I basically paid to throw a dozen alway because they didn't go with our theme at all. She never called to tell me they ran out of orange so I'm not sure why she sent red instead. Yes she is very sweet but it just seemed so unprofessional. read more

They told me they would be here between 7-1, I understand because I'm not the only person getting tables and chairs, they got here around 12, they set up the waterside pretty quickly. Bounce house quality was great! Table and chairs were great as well and they have the best prices around. The staff was nothing but nice and helpful. Only downsides were that they were supposed to drop off by 9am and we had a church event at 10 and they were running behind and didn't show up till almost 11:30. My father missed my son making his First Holy Communion because he waited at the house for them. But they were on time to pick up and were very nice about the fact that we had to put water on the slide part of the bounce house because my son got sick on it. We apologized as we didn't know and they were very nice and understanding about it. Even though they were late I would recommend them for next time for sure. read more
