Its a great unit that was purchased from the Sony Store. I called the shop's number and George did get back to me within the same day. I am so glad I did not just call anyone. George arrived on the day we scheduled. No excuses! I live in the DVP and Eglinton area and George arrived on time and connected his device and did his thing and repaired it. We were ready to buy a new one, and George saved us from a new set. Also the picture was recalibrated by George and it had a better picture then we had purchased it new. More value for my SONY XBR still going strong. Miracle worker, that is George! In all my experiences with today's service , you just don't find this level of professional service anymore.
