Oakmount Mill Shop is situated on Wiseman Street which is just off Westgate in Burnley.Its a big…read moreold mill and very well stocked.But for me its a bit pricey.They do stock all the top brands of upholstery,curtaining and dressmaking fabrics and I'm sure compared to the retail price of the materials Oakmounts prices are cheap but not cheap enough for me

Really good fancy dress shop, loads of different outfits and quite a few themes so if a few of you…read morewanted to go dresses in the same kind of thing you could organise it from here. the girl who runs it is very efficient, even if it is busy she seems to be able to keep everyone moving. She has books to look through various different outfits if you have no ideas at all and she can offer advice. I didn't think it was smelly as some fancy dress places are and the price was reasonable, you pay a deposit which is refundable when you take back the outfit. Plenty of street parking around and it closes on a tuesday afternoon.
