The kid working was extremely polite and helpful, but when management reached out to me a couple days later, blame was shifted to me that it happened elsewhere and I just didn't know it. I was offered a month of car washes to "prove" they don't scratch vehicles, but I wasn't willing to take the offer on having further damage done to my truck. I was told they typically have 1 to 3 damage claims a week and usually only claim responsibility for roughly 1out of 3. Despite the frequency of damage claims they experience, it was obvious they weren't going to stand behind their mistake. The person who reached out to me on the phone became extremely condescending and dismissive when I expressed how disappointed I was in their handing of this.

A beautiful clean car that is all hand washed. All the cleaners are very respectful. One thing I did notice though, some people did not tip, or hardly. These guys (& gals) work so hard & deserve a nice tip. I give min $10 & detail $25. Next time they will remember & go out of their way. They work 90% for tips, so please, these people have families to support too. But definitely the best car wash I've ever been to. Just make sure you tip generously. :-)

Also keep an extra $1 or 2 in your pocket incase you need more time...trust me you will want this on you. The hook in tub is helpful but there is enough length to it I battled keeping them in the tub with one arm while scrubbing with the other. Could see a bad accident here since both of mine could easily climb over side. The water pressure is a bit intense and the blow dryer blew COLD air...a bit ridiculous and uncomfortable. For this I recommend bringing a towel for them... especially if it's cool out. It's an okay facility but could see a lot of improvements helpful for the dog wash area.
