We received a 2 bandaids and no injury report was made. I emailed them on Nov 11th to inquire about their safety procedures and I got no response. We went to the emergency room and found out that his middle finger was shattered and it was an open fracture. Still no one reached out or asked if he was doing okay. On Nov 25,23 we went to the office as usual and we ended up being terminated from the therapists office. That was a blessing in itself, these people are completely unprofessional and judging from the reviews I don't know how they are still in business.

My 19 month old son and I attend the group classes. Brittany is amazing with kids! My son feels…read moreso comfortable to be himself around her. She is encouraging and patient, and quick to laugh. She uses sign language and repeats words often for understanding. Most of the learning involves us being up and moving, engaging the kids throughout.
