They figured out the root cause and remedied both my indoor / outdoor electrical issues. They installed a new control panel and separated the indoor & outdoor circuits. Even though there was heavy rain that day, they came right away and continued to work on my electrical problems till it was repaired. After few months I called them for the noisy exhaust fans & installing new bathroom lights. They recommended Panasonic's quiet exhaust fans for my bathrooms & installed three of those exhaust fans. They also recommended & replaced my chandelier bulbs with bulbrite LED bulbs to drop the power bill for that chandelier from 800 wa to 100 watts. They explained & ensured safety of my home so that overloaded chandelier switch doesn't heat up and cause fire. I called them because they are accredited as master certified electrician. First, he is very old and he and his brother stink so badly it's offensive to come into someone's home with that stench. They miscalculated and cut the bead board wrong and had to go to purchase another piece. Instead of installing one full piece of board, which was the goal, they split the board down the middle. It looks like bullshite and very amateur. Grady B scratched up the side wall and knocked a little chunk out of the sheet rock. To continue to make matters worse, Grady B broke a large candle stick with his bulky ladder that was actually moved out of the way for safety. He didn't tell me he broke it, not did he confess about the scratched up wall. After 3 hours of blunderbussing around I asked him to leave. He broke my property, ruined the wall I have no touch up paint for, and installed the bead board incorrectly. I won't even mention that Grady B completely misunderstood a request to hardwire lights on the dining room wall. I dont like to be ugly, but this person is also one of those obnoxious " know-it-alls" that doesn't know squat and is not worth the risk and aggravation to have in your home to fix, repair, or install anything. Don't trust this persons skill level.

I replaced three AC units and had some electrical work done with them and I couldn't be more happy with their work. I'll use them from here on out. I'll provide a quick example of the type of company this is. I wanted to install Reme Halo's in my house due to my allergies and one AC company told me that because of Halo's potential impact on C19 (100% not proven) they were in very short supply but they had bought the last major shipment in Houston and would sell me them at 4x their list price. So naturally I had others look into it as well and Laredo offered to install them at cost plus labor and they were able to find them from a certified dealer. And they provided me some information on them as well. AC units and this type of work can be very expensive. Be careful out there and do your research. Trust me you will be happy you talked to Laredo.
