PROS: - Before ever booking, Brendon was very responsive when I emailed him questions (and there were a lot!). - You get to design your own photo strip (unlimited revisions!) and they were very accommodating with our design. - Prices were affordable. - The gentleman who operated the photobooth was on time, pleasant, and professional! He happily glued unclaimed and extra copies of photo strips into the photo album that we brought. - They had good props. Not amazing, but everyone was very pleased! - Everyone loved it and had SO much fun with it! CONS: - It costs $100 to change the backdrop... that just seems excessive. The standard backdrop is a black curtain. We had been to another event that had a black backdrop, and when you're in formal wear (oftentimes that means black outfits), sometimes it looked like you disappeared in the curtain. We went with the standard backdrop and it wound up not being an issue! When we looked at our photo album, we had completely forgotten our earlier concerns about the backdrop! -Just a comment about the picture taking process... sometimes it was hard to tell when it actually took the picture, so sometimes people were in between poses :-) All in all, we were extremely pleased and would happily book with Let's Booth It again! read more

The staff is professional, they offer great rates, their equipment is new and top of the line, the people are amazing! In search of a photobooth for my sister-in-law's "Kate Spade" inspired 30th birthday party, I stumbled across the company, Lets Booth It, while searching online. Before looking into the company and its services in greater detail, I decided to read reviews of past client's experiences. After reading several reviews, I was convinced that Lets Booth It would be the best fit for my event, and I am so glad I decided to go with this company. From the moment, I contacted the company and throughout the process of creating the perfect graphic design for our photo strip, the staff was friendly and helpful. In addition to the warm welcome, the company had the best priced packages at an AFFORDABLE RATE!!! The day of the event, our on site attendant, Tim, was AMAZING. He interacted so well with my guest and made them feel comfortable throughout the night. He was so engaging you would've thought he knew my guest prior to the event, lol. This is our second year using Lets Booth It for our homecoming dance. The tech did a great job getting set up, was very upbeat and professional and did everything he could to make it a good experience for the kids. We also had the option of creating a custom strip for the photos and they made a super nice design to match the theme of our dance. Communication was super easy and we received an email ahead of our event with contact information for our contact and the tech advisor at the dance. Super easy to get in touch with someone. The main reasons I would not give 5 stars are the fact that we had to pay the entire cost upfront before the event. Usually we have paid a deposit and then paid the rest at the event but this year we had to pay upfront which made us a little cautious just in case anything went wrong ahead of time. The other concern is that you have to pay to get digital copies of the photos (or do an online review) which for the cost of the services should realistically be included in the package. After researching and comparing other photo booth companies for our wedding, we chose Lets Booth It and I'm very pleased we did. We got a timely response for pricing from Aryn and once we booked we were quickly put in touch with our strip designer, Janis. After very little back and forth, Janis designed a perfect strip that had everything I wanted in the design. We were able to pick a font, background strip color, and include our names and the date along with some cute shoe designs! The week before, Michael emailed us to confirm details and give us the contact info for our attendant, Branden. Branden was beyond professional and patient to everyone! We had an accompanying guest book for people to sign next to their strip and Branden made sure to tell everyone to do that. Our guests had a GREAT time in the booth and loved the idea. The props were fun, appropriate, and offered a great variety. I also want to mention that the quality of the printed photo was very clear and professional. I work for a large company based in Atlanta and we recently held a photo booth activation with a greenscreen for our employees. The event was a raving success! We had about 80% participation from the building and everyone who came down had a great time! The Let's Booth It staff was very professional at the event and were super responsive in the planning process. The price was reasonable and there were tons of fun props that they brought with them for our employees to use. We got more than 1500 photos that we can use to brand the building, for future photo slideshows, on our intranet, etc. Overall we were extremely pleased with the service and set up! Only thing I would improve is the way they number the photos from the booths on the flash drives. Because we had two booths there were duplicate file names that proved to be difficult when I copied over the files to my computer (some files were not copied because the computer recognized as duplicates). Not a huge deal but annoying for a few hours. read more

Let's Booth It did a phenomenal job at our wedding on July 4th! Because of the holiday, other companies wanted to charge extra. Let's Booth It had the best price of any other company around Birmingham, AL and their customer service is second to none. Our photo strip design contained everything we wanted and was super cute and elegant. Due to rain at our outdoor reception, the booth had to be taken down and moved inside. The attendant was so kind about moving it, and even stayed a little longer to make up for the time it took to move, which was extra time out of his night (even though it was my fault that I had him set up outside with a chance of rain). Most of all, our guests had a blast and we will have these memories for a lifetime! Let's Booth It is a wonderful company that works hard to make sure their customers are satisfied. I booked Let's Booth It for my wedding! I had a great experience working with Brendon, however one later in the game change we made to the hours of delivery and run time was not completed so they came later then wanted. Which was just an oversight. The biggest issue we had was on the day of the wedding. The guy who came, hardly did any thing to set up and members of my bridal party actually did the majority of carrying his gear and setting up. Once the booth was up and running everyone had a great time, however the guy running the booth was stopped at one point because he was off to the side flirting with the babysitters and not manning the booth. Towards the end of the wedding he had left the booth and came out to the dance floor and was partying like a guest...not sure if that's typical or not, but I was a little taken aback. Overall I LOVE the pictures captured, but a little less than impressed for the actual quality of service at the actual event unfortunately. read more

They were amazing! We recently had Lets Booth It at our wedding reception. They were super friendly and helpful from the very beginning. They made a cool little logo for our photo strips that perfectly matched our invitations. It was great to have something for our guests to take home. Initially I had told the attendant who was there to set-up downstairs from where the party was. This ended up not being a great idea on my part. No one was using it and once people came upstairs they weren't going back down. Once we figured this out, the attendant was happy to move the Booth upstairs for us. He was so nice about it! Once moved, everyone started taking pictures and had a blast! There were a TON of fun props. The Let's Booth It team was so helpful and great to work with! The service we received from Let's Booth it was first class from start to finish! Upon initial contact I was promptly quoted for my event. We had the event scheduled for December, but we had a huge snow storm and had to cancel the event, Brendon was happy to give us a rain check which we used on Saturday for my office Spring event. Once I had decided to precede with their services I filled out a form to give them an idea of how I wanted the prints to look and they did a mock up for me that was perfect for my event. I booked Lets Booth It for a office holiday event a few days ago and had an overall pleasant experience. Michael, the booth attendant, was exceptional and everyone at the office loved him. He showed up early and had the booth set up in no time. He was very professional and conversed with everyone in the office. Janis, the lady that help with the design for the photo strips was very prompt and accommodating to make sure we were happy with the layout. Brendon, the gentleman that assist me the initial reservations was very friendly and professional as well. The only minor issue I had was I felt a little rushed when I called in and need clarification on curtain things. We held a company event and had Lets Booth It come for the cocktail portion of the evening. Everyone had a wonderful, fun time! People have their photos up at work now! One of my colleagues commented that they had the best prop box of any photo booth she had seen! Every interaction with the company during the planning was excellent. There was a bit of a traffic issue causing them to be late, but the attendant was willing to stay later than originally scheduled so everyone could participate. As the event planner I was pretty disappointed by the late arrival, but after set up it went very well and the guests really enjoyed the photo booth. They also let you design your custom photo booth strip so you can have your wedding logo printed on the bottom of each strip! OMG! Where do I begin? I had Lets Booth It recently at my companies holiday party and they were a great hit ! Our technician Michael was such a great sport and he interacted with us . He had tons of props and those too were a huge hit . I had an awesome time and so did my associates! I worked with Janis to get the overlay for the photo strips and that was done beautifully . Their prices are well worth it -GET THIS BOOTH , you must find a way to fit this in your budget . The only suggestion I would give them is have full length photos -we had a scaffold to sit on but with LARGE groups it's difficult to fit everyone in it plus us ladies love to show off our shoes . read more

We hired Let's Booth It for our wedding back in November, and were very happy with their services. We did a two-hour rental, and their prices were the most reasonable we found. My partner, our guests, and I had an awesome time taking photos in the booth, and enjoyed the props as well. We appreciate their help in making our wedding celebration a success!
