We hired Lets Booth It for our company holiday party. The booking process was very simple and they were very transparent with costs and deliverable. We used a template out graphic designer made and it looked fantastic in the booth. Our event was at a large convention center, and out technician had a little trouble finding the correct ball room, but once we got that solved it was very smooth. She showed us where to pose for centered photos and it was a huge hit and our employees are still showing off their photo strips and hanging them around the office. We hired Lets Booth It for our wedding and everything with them was going great until our actual wedding day. Our technician was not only more than 30 minutes late, our photobooth had also caught a virus, and pretty much all of our pictures were lost. They were only able to recover a few of the photos, and everything else was gone. I was so disappointed that literally nothing could be done so the technician just stood there for two hours and then left without saying goodbye to our day of coordinator. I was so upset that there was no effort to figure out a backup option. Maybe if our technician got there early, she could have notified another team member or something. I even spent time custom designing the strip with their in house designer so I was even more upset. They refunded us the full amount but it doesn't return all of the lost kodak moments. My recommendation: ask your photobooth company what backup options exist if a photobooth is malfunctioning on the day of. We got multiple complaints from guests, which is how I learned about it btw. The technician herself did not approach our coordinator to tell her what happened. read more

Woo hoo! Great photobooth company, assistant was very nice. Set up was quick, tons of props for usage. Hired them for my mother's 60th surprised party. Photo strips printed out quickly, and you can reprint as many times as you want. Timer was really quick, wish it was a bit longer for the older adults, but it's fun when you're rushing. I thought it was going to be a standing photobooth style but sitting down was nice too! Better for the short kiddos. My nephews really loved it. I think he took the most photos. Ended on time as well, was nice enough to squeeze everyone in the time frame. The girl was very nice and helpful. She took her shoes off and on when she walked inside the house which was a nice gesture, thanks! Also was nice to see her enjoying the party. Photo quality wise was pretty good and clear. Coloring was a bit darker than what appeared on the screen but quick prints tends to be either blurry or darker. :D everyone liked it, hope to use this company again in the future. I hired Lets Booth It for our company's holiday party. Their pricing could not be beat and the booking process was quick and easy. A Lets Booth It design coordinator helped me design the perfect background and text for our event. I was very picky and I really appreciated the patience that the designer had with me! Our event was at a restaurant and while they normally come an hour beforehand, I didn't want them setting up in the middle of our party. For an extra $75, they came at 6:00 pm to set up prior to our 6:30 pm start. Well, thank goodness they did come early because they had issues with the photo booth. First was a system error, then a printing error. I was very nervous that they wouldn't be able to fix the problems before our start time of 8:30 but with the help of a second employee, they worked diligently to get the booth up and running! At 8:30 pm, they were ready and the booth was a huge hit! The photo strips came out great and we also have a link to our photos online for 30 days so we can download the images and share with our friends! Despite the hiccup, I was pleased with the service Lets Booth It provided. I would suggest that they verify the equipment prior to showing up to prevent these errors in the future. And I would highly recommend spending $75 for them to come early and ensure everything is working properly! read more

We enlisted Let's Booth It for a graduation event were were having and they did a wonderful job. They honored all price quotes and helped me make the perfect package for our event within our budget. They took the theme of the event and helped me create a custom logo which was really nice. This is even more impressive given we booked the kind of last minute, but they jumped right in. They arrived on time (an hour before the event started). We ran into some power problems (the venues fault, not the photobooths) but in the end everything ran smoothly. Wish they had more diversity in props but everything ran great. Printouts came out quickly which was appreciated and there were more than enough for everyone in the group to take home one. I hired them this October to setup a photobooth for a wedding. They allowed for me to bring my own backdrop and some additional props and set them all up for me which was great. I thought the day-of setup was professional and the attendant was friendly, helpful, and wanted the guests to take pictures! They printed out very, very quickly which was great. I also appreciated the design process that I got to choose how to design the border/layout of the photo prints. Some of the design iterations we went through were a little difficult (i.e. misunderstood design choices, etc. but that's fully expected when you just communicate through email-- the design staff took our ever changing design ideas and were able to make changes as needed which was appreciated) It took a little reminding to get some emails now and then, but during the hustle/bustle of wedding planning, that's expected.
