My husband who has been a contractor for many years, needed a small granite counter top corner rounded (cut) and just the side polished (see pic's). He has sent customers to this place before, so he trusted them to do good business. When he went they told him it will take 2 hours to do and they charge $200 an hour. Now you don't need to be an experienced contractor like my husband to know when you're being ripped off. He then decided to go Atlantis Granite, whom once again he has worked with them many times and they have done counter tops for our home as well. You can see in the pic's that they did a beautiful job. It took only 15 minutes and they charged my husband only $20. Please shop around before doing business with Let's Get Stoned. Fortunately for the review reader, this is not a long or complicated issue. Unfortunately, for me I have an issue. Simply, their service department, namely Anya are anything BUT service oriented. We had an install of a granite kitchen countertop in 2011 and the undercount epoxy is deteriorating (fine, to be expected). However, when I left a message for Anya about a quote to repair/replace she told me she needed pictures. I sent pictures and heard back from an assistant 3 week's later who told me she needed what had already been asked of me (pictures). Is there no communication in the office? I haven't heard back since. Beautiful product, piss poor service. Anya has since reached out to rectify the deteriorated epoxy on the sink. Replacement was fast and efficient and the gentlemen used care to keep the work area clean. Thank you, Anya for reaching out. We TRULY appreciate it read more

Should have read the other reviews and have stayed far away! Everything that could have possibly went wrong with my small custom pick-up order did just that...from the fabricator cutting the wrong stone, to not finishing one of the exposed edges, to mounting the sink so crookedly it would not fit on my bathroom vanity. Took several long trips back to the store and they came out to my home to finally correct. All the while, I did not appreciate the skepticism about these issues from management, namely Anya... never accepting the fact that her employees made errors, and blaming the customer for the issues... as if I cut the wrong stone! (BTW, the correct slab still had my name on it!). Instead always speculating that it was something that I did to create the issue --sink was askew--"you probably stored it incorrectly.." Thanks, but no thanks! Will take my kitchen countertop business to a company that has their act together, will pay more attention to detail and won't blame customers for their ineptness. read more

I drove a half hour to my appointment with Sara. When I got there, I walked in and walked out. None of the employees (about 7) in the tiny showroom wore masks! Even though a "masks required sign" hung on the entrance. They clearly do not take customer safety seriously. I'll take my business somewhere else. read more

This place had a great selection of stone and helped with some design elements I was undecided about. We ended up getting a beautiful tile from them for our daughters' bathroom. We originally bought a double 60in vanity (from a different vendor) that already had sinks and granite top, however when we opened the package it was broken and one of the sinks chipped. Let's get stone ended up creating a new vanity top with sinks from a smaller piece of quartz they had and we couldn't be happier with results. The guys that came to install the vanity top where prompt, clean and efficient. Looking forward to using them for my next project. read more

Scum bags that do not stand behind there products and resort to insulting there customer. Ordered kitchen countertops and they were installed last week. They messed up and only gave us 29 1/2 inches to fit a 30inch range. When I asked them to shave off a little bit so that we can properly fit a stove in the space they informed me that it would cost us a service charge of at least $199. Then the manager then went in to try belittle me. I have called several other granite companies and have an appointment scheduled later in the week to have them shave off a 1/2 and hey said it is a common issues with installs by anyone and that the fix is simple. However unfortunately it is not a cheap fix. read more

The customer service is awful. i need a filler piece for behind my stove that i think should have been measured when they did the templet, but whatever i called spoke to Andrew he told me it would cost an extra $50 i said fine here it is 2 weeks later and they will not return emails or phone calls.. would not recommend to anyone read more

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews? We just had our countertop for our bar installed today and it's beautiful! There was one minor scratch on the wall but that was our fault as the bar was built too close to our shutters making it a difficult installation. The men delivering also had to walk up a narrow flight of stairs with a heavy piece of stone to get to our bar. I think every thing came our perfect! Prior to picking our stone, we worked with Anthony at the store to pick out a remnant piece of granite and he immediately found something we loved in 5 minutes. The price was awesome too. They were also very accommodating when we had to reschedule the time frame for delivery. I really think they try their best to please their customers! read more

The minute we walked in they were extremely welcoming and patient with all our questions and concerns. They had a wonderful selection of granite countertops!! Very affordable per sq. Ft from what weve looked around for. They even included a new sink with the purchase. They were very professional, kept in touch for about a week finalizing details. Came in today, did a beautiful job! Quick, efficient, punctual, and friendly. Even the little things count....they made sure the granite was as close as possible between the fridge and stove top to make sure food or liquids dont seep through. Nice touch guys! We noticed scratches two days after marble installed on our island. The day it was installed they sealed it and it was wet so we did not see them. We told them and they said it was too late as our contract said we reported it past the time allowed. We were told we must have made the scratches which could not be as we had not touched or put anything on it yet. We paid 200 for them to send someone out to put on another sealant on which did nothing. We had an expert on marble come to evaluate and she said the scratches were made by a polishing machine and it was outrageous that they said we did it and a sealant would never correct. Also we should have been advised that it was not a good choice for an island. Noone has returned my calls. We also had brought our own sink so they could cut out the opening in our marble bar. They brought a different sink and had mAde the cutout for that one. I had to go pick up my sink and noone apologized or called me. We bought all our counters and other materials from them and were treated horribly. read more

I had granite counters done by Let's Get Stoned 14 years ago and love them to this day. Recently I purchased new appliances and realized the short counter between the stove and refrigerator was just 1/4 inch to wide. I called LGS and explained my problem to Anthony and also explained the need for a quick turnaround time as appliances were being delivered in a week. Two gentleman ( I wish I remembered their names) came out the Saturday prior Easter, removed the counter, did the grinding in the driveway, reinstalled and replaced the refrigerator in under an hour. They were professional, polite and neat! The edge on the counter is so smooth one would never know it had been modified! Kudos to Let's Get Stoned! The sales people were friendly and very helpful. Templating is not included in the per sq ft fee. If you buy a remnant, they will require 100% upfront before cutting, measuring, installation, ANYTHING. No other local stone place is like this. I would be weary of any business that asks for 100% upfront without you even having a date of installation on the books. Very easy to just drive to another place and get a similar deal (since they charge more for templating) with the piece of mind that you make the final payment on installation. read more

From start to finish I received bad customer service. Sarah calculated my square footage wayyy wrong, which resulted in my job ending up costing me 30% more than I was quoted once they came to the house to measure. She never even bothered to apologize and tried to blame Home Depot for measuring wrong on the quote I showed her, which was not the case. It was totally her mistake. The installers left my house an absolute filthy, messy disgrace. Filthy in all four areas that I had counters installed - kitchen and three baths. Their measurements were off and had to hand cut on my front lawn, leaving a mess there too. The result was jagged edges and they never bothered to caulk it to make it look even. There was a chip in the one bathroom that they tried to pretend they couldn't see when I pointed it out. They just wanted me to sign off on the paper so they could get on their way. I wrote a letter to the Operations Manager to complain, and he never bothered to respond or apologize either. I would never recommend this company. Very bad customer service and poor quality craftmanship. read more

We used LGS for a large kitchen and powder room remodel. We couldn't be happier with their stone choices and service. We worked with Sarah and she was great! We choose a stone that was in high demand and they were able to get enough for our project and held on to it over several months as our project was delayed. Sarah and Leon were so helpful in laying out the template on the granite so that everything flowed and only the prettiest parts were used. Sarah even helped us pick out paint colors and backsplash. We got our sinks through them and so happy we did - good quality and price. We had a very tight space for the powder room vanity and Leon made it work. If I could rate negative stars on my experience I would. They committed to have a small counter top for me done today August 10th. I understand things happen and was trying to speak with the representative to explain I was ok waiting the extra day but she wouldn't let me get a word in and just kept talking. I was actually trying to be accommodating considering they were having production issues. When I asked if I could have a moment to speak the woman hung up on me. Dealing with custom products myself I would never treat customers like this. Take our business elsewhere...actually anywhere else. Unless you want to pay money to be treated horribly. read more

This is the second time we've used LGS for granite countertops but this time it was for a large kitchen renovation which actually began right before co-vid. During the time we had to stop construction there was no pressure on us to continue but we decided to proceed in the late summer. From the beginning to end of this project, everyone at LGS was amazing. They worked closely with us to make sure we were happy with all aspects of the project from selection to layout and installation. They also worked very closely with our contractor throughout the entire project. After the project was completed he even commented on the excellence of the cutting, installation, and organization. He also said this was a very difficult installation that had to be precise to 1/16" of an inch. Believe me when I say that is a true compliment coming from him. They also rushed to get this project done 2 days before Thanksgiving. Thanks to Kirk, Susan, and Anthony and all the people at LGS that worked so hard to give us this beautiful kitchen during a time when renovations could be a nightmare. Talking to the people on the phone I wasn't too convinced, but when I went to the store the customer service was better. Yes the sub contractor they sent to my house YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS ALONG WITH YOUR INSTALL. Our granite countertop cracked and they did not stand behind their work. We were charged 300$ to repair it, and they just filled it with epoxy. There was no trauma to the countertop the crack developed near the sink. They initially gave a 199$ quote to fix it then raised the quote 100$ without seeing it. Would never recommend this company. My mother and I were looking for countertops last winter and went to Let's Get Stone'd. They were extremely helpful and had a wide variety of reasonably priced choices. They let us approve the counter top before they were installed and did a really nice job putting them into her kitchen. I am so disappointed by the negative reviews below and felt compelled to write about my experiences with this awesome company. I have used Lets Get Stone'd on several projects and could not be happier with the outstanding quality of workmanship, service and product! From initial intake to design to install, dealing with them was a pleasure! They also gave us the best price, so it was a no brainer to choose them for our home. I'd like to also note that we had a difficult seam that needed to be done with the granite around our sink bc it was a non standard size and the job could not be more flawless. The process, from coordinating our design with the sales representative to the final install, went as smooth as possible. All appointments met on time and the installers were excellent. They even traveled to NJ on several occasions to work on our shore property, doing work around the condo including vents, window sill trips and counter tops. My parents recently had work done in and out of their house and were completely satisfied with the installation of granite countertops and outdoor work. My husband and I stopped at LGS on a Saturday morning on a whim. We wanted to update our kitchen but really had no idea of where to start. We left an hour later after speaking with Sarah Kyria for one hour understanding so much about the nuances of granite and how the process worked to update our counter top and island. My wife and I purchased new granite counters for our kitchen and a remnant for our powder room a few months ago. The service was very good (Adam was very knowledgeable and helpful). You get to see the slabs in the yard that you will get. We were going in March and the slabs are outside so it was messy / wet but it is what it is. They come out to do a template of your job and then you get to approve the the outline of your countertops on your slab before they fabricate. The install was smooth - our kitchen had a very basic shape but they did a great job. No negative issues to report. It has been about 3 months and everything looks great. We shopped around to a few places in the area and there prices are the best. read more
