I highly recommend working with Let's Jump Events. My company produced a 3 day event in the Sarasota area last week and Let's Jump was hands down the easiest part of the planning and execution! Everyone loved the face painter and tattoo artist and the lawn games got tons of positive feedback. The 27' slide got some actual jaw drops and even my very "put together" client slid down and got drenched to everyone's delight. The best part...I didn't have to worry about anything. Everything and everyone showed up exactly when they said with all of the supplies necessary and the staff was SO PROFESSIONAL. I can't tell you how rare that is. Excellent customer service - came through in a pinch after a brand new company in town who is undercutting all to build clients- The Inflation Station,/Simply the Best Inflatables- pulled their slide out during my party. They weren't on time to set up nor would they return messages, so we did the set up ourselves and they got mad. Thanks to Let's Jump, who we should have rented from in the first place and will so from now on- a well established and reliable company who provided an awesome slide- my daughter had a great birthday party! The Pine Ridge Middle School PTO has used Lets Jump for two consecutive years for our eighth grade class's end-of-the-year field day. I felt very comfortable with the level of communication and professionalism that Lets Jump provided. They kept in contact with me all the way leading up to the event, and on the event day, were there on time, set everything up the way we discussed, were very professional, polite, and thorough with everything we needed. Let's Jump has made our last 3 birthday parties a piece of cake! They always arrive in plenty of time, set up the inflatable in what seems like minutes and at the end of the day, they come back, pack up and haul it away! The waterslide we have gotten has been of great quality and is perfect for my family, our kids friends and adult friends alike! The owner keeps in contact with you up until the date of the rental and follows up afterwards making sure everything went exactly as it should. Jenna and Corey are awesome. The communication leading up to the event was great. The selection of attractions is excellent, there's something for all ages. I knew exactly what to expect on the day of the event and arrangements for setup were simple. The team arrived on time, well staffed, and was very efficient. The attractions were clean and well presented. The kids (and some adults) absolutely loved everything. A favorite was the corn maze and the bungee trampoline. Let's Jump is prompt, professional, and reliable every time. They supply our games and rides every month for our Lakewood Ranch Music on Main events and they are absolute rock stars! Jenna had 3 volunteers call in on her that day, and rather than let us down, she herself jumped in an Easter Bunny suit and engaged the kids all night long! Jenna and Corey were awesome! We had the yard signs scheduled quickly, and they communicated well throughout the process - reservations, what to expect, timing, and take down. The process was SO easy and everyone, and most importantly, the recipient, loved the yard sign! FYI, the yard signs can survive in rain and wind! Fantastic experience! Great communication with very friendly staff! We ordered the bounce house with slide; the staff had the device on site and inflated during the agreed upon time, and were prompt to pick it up at the end of the day. The bounce house was in great condition, and the kids loved it. Furthermore, we ordered the snow cone machine, which was easy to use and a HUGE hit with the kids!! This is the second time we have used Lets Jump to rent a 27' slide (Tropical Falls 'N' Splash) and it was great both times. They delivered and the slide right on time and had it set up quickly. They checked to make sure everything was working properly before leaving and said to call if we had any issues (which we didn't). Jenna was great to work with and super efficient! The McCoys did a great job in setting up the equipment exactly where we needed it and we're here to pick it all up at the precise time we had discussed. I've used the let's jump people a few times. They have always blown me away with their customer service. They must not sleep. We've rented the Big Kahuna at least 3 times, gotten the dunk tank for a charity we are involved in and even did snow cone and cotton candy machines. I rented the bounce house and slide combo for the grandkids for thanksgiving. The kids had a blast! They were kept busy for the day. As well as working up a healthy appetite.
