Was told from a worker that she didn't charge me a late return fee because of the dirty table cloths she provided me with, her daughter Emily specifically told me, if i am not able to return them the day after my event since I was coming from the bay area just to call and let her know which I did and was also instructed to send photos of the nasty table cloths i was given and never got a call back! Dropped the table cloths off was called a liar AGAIN saying i owed them $18 for additional table cloths rented when I was paid in full for ALL table cloths I rented (all receipts to show) and was told by the horrible translator that they waived these fees and gave me a credit (well where's the credit?) they didn't have to be "bothered" with this issue any more!!!! Future advice DO NOT RENT from these people!
